There were changes to the AI of bosses, so they are 'smarter' now and switch moves when you disable them. You would need to come up with new strategies now to defeat bosses now.

If you are unable to enter the castle you have to beat the Horon boss first. You can find him in the Dark Valley which is located North of Necropolis. If you are able to beat that boss without one of your pokemon fainting you can enter the Castle again where you can find Alucard. You now have to battle Alucard while having a pokemon with the move Miracle Eye on your party and after that you will find yourself in the Dark Realm again.

Hey @Carolina12, unfortunetaly you only get the locked IV Reroll if you dont faint or leave the Dark Realm.

Did you or the person you traded it with have an empty party-slot while doing the trade? If not make sure to have an empty slot in your party when getting traded the Feebas to you.

Could it be that you have done bosses on the Easy Mode? You dont get any PvE-Coins for the Easy Mode, you get 3 for the Medium Mode and 5 for the Hard Mode though.

Did you talk to the Golem after defeating the Mega-Charizard-X boss and clicked the rock in the Wailord after defeating the boss in there?

From what I know its because of the original games pretty much. I am unsure of the exact details but a rough explanation is that you are only able to get curse on Scizor in the orginal games when trading it to another 'generation-game' and if you do that the Scizor would always have its hidden ability Light Metal. So its not for the purpose of balancing but to be closer to the original games I guess.

Hey @Jaydivakar, you probably didnt defeat Umbra in the Dark Realm during the Darkrai quest as that was an optional thing to do. You would need to go back to the Dark Realm and do the quest once more, make sure to beat Umbra and recruit every pokemon during that quest. In order to go back to the Dark Realm you need to defeat the Horon boss in the Dark Valley, which is north of Necropolis. Once you beat that boss without one of your pokemon fainting, Alucard will respawn in his castle. Go battle him while having a pokemon with the move Miracle Eye in your party and you will get send to the Dark Realm again.

Hey, happiness evolutions are indeed bugged currently. To fix it you have to faint your Riolu in a wild battle and get it to max happiness during daytime. If you get it to max happiness during another time you need to repeat the process. Since happiness evolutions dont require a level-up for the evolution but only need to reach max happiness, that should already solve it.

You have to faint it in a wild battle, that is important. Do that and get it to max happiness again by beating some pokemon. You dont need to level it up usually or give a mysterious candy for happiness evolutions.

The location for the detective is random for everyone. Try to search around in the whole ghoul swamp area at night time.

The chance for a halloween sprite is the same everywhere. For the event end, we dont know exactly but it was mentioned on the q&a-stream it may last until the start of the xmas event on the 1st of december but they werent sure about it yet, so it may end earlier as well.
