  9. Hi @sagitario25 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, as you stated above, the item that can be sold to the item maniac are not tradeable in any way. This include: Nugget, Big Nugget, Pearl, Big Pearl, Tiny Mushroom, Big Mushroom, Stardust, Star Piece, etc. If you would like to pass some money to the other account you have, make sure that both of the account have the 4th badge of Kanto, sell the said above items to the item maniac and then open two clients and trade the money between your account. I regret to inform you that, unfortunately, i cannot respawn Manaphy for you since, if we respawn it for you, it would be unfair to the others that accepted the fact they have to beat Nikola in order to have another chance to catch Manaphy after a crash or a disconnection, regardless of on our end or theirs. Therefore, if you would like to have another chance to catch Manaphy you will have to fight Nikola and beat him. Nikola can be found in the Unknown Place, located in the Trainer valley.   12. Hi @Randomopkid I'm sorry for the inconvenience I would like to inform you as first that the World Quest will start on February 23th 1 PM GMT+1 . Once the quest will be up, what you will have to do is simply interact with the Cultist NPC and contribute to the quest together with the entire server. You will be asked to catch some Pokémon and give them to the cultist. At the end of the quest, all the players with more than 1% of participation will be given a mysterious ticket. A second ticket will be given to the one with more than 12% of participation (extremely hard). Hi @Hawaiii I'm sorry for the inconvenience I would like to inform and ensure you that you didn't lose your progress and that everything is still there, you just need to merge your account and i will now help you explaining how to do that. As first, take note that the Red and Blue server has merged to form the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. You will need to merge your accounts by log in the DASHBOARD and merge your accounts. I checked your account kyanook and it seems like you have 44 hours on the Blue Server, so if you want to have back your progress you have to select Blue Server as your main server. To merge your account you can use the following guide under the spoilers: [spoiler= Step 1] Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2] Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! I also suggest to read the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE for questions you may have and if you should experience any issue while merging. In case that, after the merge, you should still get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password from the DASHBOARD, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) Remember that you are able to play, with your old progress, only on the Silver Server since the server transfers are closed in this moment. I would like to inform you that there is not any bug related to the encounter of Pokémon with hidden abilities, but that you're just being unlucky. Unfortunately, as you well know, the chances to encounter a Pokémon having its hidden ability as ability is 5% and it can be raised to 25% with the black medallion. That means that you may encounter a Pokémon with its hidden ability as ability after 40 Pokémon or instead find 5 hidden abilities one in a row.   21. Hi @Voldis4 Thank you for contacting us about your concern. As first thing, i would like to thanks @GlogS who has provided already a really complete and accurate answer about the topic. As it has been stated already, the ID serves as a way to prove that the Pokémon exists and is currently saved in our Database and is not seen from other players when you link the Pokémon in chat. In addition, and confirming something that has been stated above, thanks to our TOOLS we are able to track every info of a Pokémon, such as: Caught data of the Pokémon Original trainer, which is the user that caught the Pokémon. Current owner of the Pokémon, in case the Pokémon is not held anymore by the original trainer Statistics such as Level, IV, EV, Ability, Nature, Item, Form (Shiny and special forms like Valentine, Christmas, etc) and position of the Pokémon (If it is in your team or in the PC) Also, we are able to check all the trades that a user has made, which make us able to check when some Pokémon, or an item, is traded and who is the one receiving it. I would like to assure you that we do not move any Pokémon from any account, unless when specific trade rules are broken, without having first the permission of the current owner. For example, if you should trade a Pokémon to someone that has not played yet the region where the traded Pokémon is native from, we could not move it back without first have the permission of the current owner that has the pokemon blocked. Therefore, it is good to note that we, as PRO STAFF, take actions only when we have enough evidences to do that. This because we always aim to protect our players and their data, info and progress. Even if someone should try to report you trying to scam us/you, we would make accurate investigations before proceeding. It is also good to note that if someone should try to scam you and us by providing a false evidence-/fake proof, we would notice it instant and would take actions against that person, as scamming is strictly forbidden, not tolerated and lead to the permanent ban of the account. Regarding your Pokémon being stolen, taking in consideration what has been said above about the fact that a Pokémon cannot be stolen through ID, if you should need to lend one of your Pokémon then it is suggested to use the LENDING TRADE which is a feature that permit you to lend a Pokémon and automatically send it back to you when you most prefer. If you are afraid to be scammed in any other, way it is indeed suggest to take every possible screenshot of the chat since, as stated above, we cannot take any actions if we have no evidence of the happened.   23. Hi @BiriTRAB I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I was not able to replicate the error and i could teach Endeavor without any issue. It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up. To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE After you've downloaded again the latest client, please try to teach again the move to your Pokémon and the issue should be solved. Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc. Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions.   25. Hi @mastercreed I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The server is currently down due to some technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. Unfortunately, i am unable to give an estimated time as to when the server will be again online. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it goes against the general support rules. An announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.
