Could you play try please try the following procedure in then the same exact order i give you: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Install the latest version of .NET Framework Restart your computer Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus Download again the game from HERE Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. (Not directly in C: or D: , but you can put them in your documents into a folder like this: CLIENT FOLDER) Run the program as Administrator If you will succeed in solving your issue, please remember to reactivate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to PRO Folder/Client. I would like to inform you that, despite it may be seen as a leg is missing, this is the sprite of Zigzagoon of the Generation 5 of Pokémon and that is intended to be like that. Hi @gooomy I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Could you please try to be more specific about your issue and describe it in a more accurate way? If your client is crashing, i would suggest you to try the following thing if you are on desktop. If you are on android, follow the same procedure but skip the ccleaner part. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from PRO CLIENT DOWNLOAD Afterwards, make sure you unzip the file and run it as an Administrator. _________________________________________________________ Instead, if your character is stuck in some wall or somewhere in the map, please try the following procedure: Try Alt+Tab Use an Escape Rope Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar Log out, and then back in Close the whole client and start PRO again Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions. Hi @Somella I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The server is currently down due to some technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. Unfortunately, i am unable to give an estimated time as to when the server will be again online. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it goes against the general support rules. An announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread. In this period we are currently testing the new bosses and you can access the server from here: PRO Bugs Report Discord Keep in mind that the test server serves just to test things before their live-release and there are currently no regions to test. Nevertheless, once you will be into the discord server, make sure to read accurately the tester-info, as it is an important thing to do. Hi @Maurogrmp I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that Wonder Guard works correctly and is currently coded. However, if you are asking that for PVP, i would like to inform you that Wonder Guard cannot be used in PVP if the Pokémon that has that is holding a Focus sash, this because Focus Sash Shedinja will not die to Spikes/Stealth Rock. Anyway, you can use it with any other item that is not a focus sash. Move Struggle Bug does not match description

Hi @jason20190109 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the move Struggle Bug is currently coded incorrectly, as it indeed do lower the enemy Pokémon Special Attack.. This is stated in the LIST OF BROKEN MOVES which you can check to see what move and ability are not coded or coded incorrectly. There is not an estimated time as for when the move will be coded, please be patient in the while and remember that when we update the game we always make an announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD. Unfortunately, i regret to inform you that, as we have no way to verify that you have really beaten the Elite Four, we cannot refund you of any possible loss as it would be unfair to the others that accepted the loss of their progress/items due to crashing, regardless of on our end or theirs, if we restore your progress/items and not their items/progress. Please, take your time to read below: We are aware of the issues related to the status of our server, and i can assure you that our Developer is working on a fix and that fixing them is our main priority in this moment, as we understand that frequently disconnections may be frustrating. For, scheduled maintenances, you may check our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for updates when the server will be going down in order to minimize your losses. As for unannounced crashes, please do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in case of long downtimes or numerous issues/crashes on our end, we may issue compensations as a way to apologize. Also, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. If the disconnect was caused by connection issues on your end, you may try the following: Call your internet provider. Troubleshoot Your Hardware. Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Try a New DNS Server I know it can be frustrating to lose part of your progress, but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your request. We cannot allow this as users might do not allowed actions in-game, request a removal and we are not able to prove it down anymore.
