Hi @ArunKenny I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that CCLEANER must be used only after having manually deleted all the PRO clients and files, as it it useful to delete only the REMAINING one. It is really useful to delete files such as "temporary files" and little things that may remain undeleted or that you cannot see but that could create issues. Hi @AwesomeGuy1320 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that this is not an issue but the game has been designed like that. It is intended to have the Pokémon of the previous regions locked in your PC until you obtain the 8th badge of the current region. If the region-block would not exists, people would be able to play the next regions rushing them with the Pokémon of the previous ones, and finishing therefore to not enjoy the current region. Also, PRO is an MMO and therefore it is intended to be slightly harder than handheld games. I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand As i cannot offer further support and the game is intended to work like that, i will now close the thread. Hi @Hugejango I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following procedures in the same exact order i give you: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Install the latest version of .NET Framework Restart your computer Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus Download again the game from HERE Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. (Not directly in C: or D: , but you can put them in your documents into a folder like this: CLIENT FOLDER) Run the program as Administrator If you will succeed in solving your issue, please remember to reactivate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to PRO Folder/Client. Hi @TrainerAK I would like to state as first that you don't have to worry about how many questions you have because i will be really happy to reply to all of them without any problem. Yesh, PVE include boss, wild battles, story and everything else that is not a battle player vs player. Unfortunately, there is not a way to totally disable/log out from the global chat as PRO is a MMO/Online game and it is intended to have interactions with other players. However you can press the arrow in the top-right corner of the chat in order to close it/minimize it [spoiler=How to ""close the chat""] Wild Pokemon have 8% chances to hold an item when encountered, you can check what Pokémon hold an item by checking our ITEM GUIDE or buy doing ^item nameoftheitem on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD There are currently two server, Silver and Gold. Silver was once divided in two servers, Red and Blue that opened in 2015-2016. They got then merged into Silver in 2018, but there were no reset, they simply have been fused. Gold was once called Yellow and then the name was changed into Gold, and it opened in 2017. This happen because the game has been coded differently for what regard the Headbutt in Kanto/Pallet and the one in the other city/regions. We are aware of this but this is something that has a really low priority and we prefer to give priority to new contents, features, updates to make players happy. You should be able to disable the in-battle animations by going in the settings, clicking on "game" and the removing the tick from "Move Animations." Hi [uSER=1733454]@Ricardo14[/uSER] I would like to inform you that in order to partecipate to the Bug Catching contest you've to head north of Goldenrod City or west of Violet City and enter the National Park Stop House 1. Once you are into the National Park Stop House 1, Interact with the Guard to start the contest making sure to have only 1 Pokémon in team that is not a bug-type. If you are interested, one of the best rewards you obtain are the Volcarona Wings, that you can obtain in two possible ways: Submitting a non-shyny Pokémon with 290+ as score Submittin a shiny Pokémon with 400+ as score You can obtain further info about the Bug Catching Contest and other rewards, and how scores are calculated by checking our OFFICIAL BUG CATCHING GUIDE. There are other quests that are really nice and you could do to obtain Master ball, reroll ticket etc. For example the SOLACEON QUEST You can find further info about the quest you can do, as well as contest here in the PRO USEFUL LINKS checking under "quests/side quests". I would like to inform you that you are able to buy the transit pass, which allow you to costlessly board the subway, train, and ferry systems limitlessly until it expires, by interacting with the ticket seller in Saffron City Station or Goldenrod City Station. Hi @TrainerAK I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you as first that you are allowed to have up to 4 accounts and each account must have a different email, quoting our GAME RULES The client has been built by our developer giving the chance to players to have more than one client open, to do that just start the first client and wait that it open up. After the first client is open, just click again and open the second. Do note however that there are several rules to follow when using more than one account during PVP matches, if that's what you're interested in. I will quote now our PVP RULES that must be followed when doing pvp: Nevertheless, if your intention is to do normal pve and story with different accounts, you're totally allowed to do that.
