As donations are again avaialble, i will now close the thread.I'm really happy to see that your issue has been solved. Also, as said in the SPAWN CHANGELOG, Kalos spawns are back (Froakie, Chespin, Fennekin). They were temporarily removed as snivy, oshawott and tepig were added. However, there is not any additional info about them, therefore you should be able to hunt them for the time being. You can keep yourself updated by checking the spawn changelog linked above. As i've verified your character and it seems like it has been customized, i have to withdrawn the offer of the Magic Mirror. When the character customization gets skipped the character become bald, while your is not. I will now close the thread as it seems that the issue has been solved or never existed and was just a visual bug. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We, the staff team, have decided to create this breakdown to go in depth on the EV Zones that have been created by Prehax the Spawn Editor This breakdown will describe the what an EV is, The areas created specifically for EV training, The Pokemon you will find in said locations, and a few Tips that will help you in EV training. We hope this helps everyone in need of it! EV Zones are areas in every region that have specifically built spawns to enhance the proficiency of EV training that would other wise be unavailable in any other areas in the game. a Before we move onto how to EV train we must first cover what an EV is, so that you have a complete understanding of the goal you are trying to achieve on your Pokemon. The EV Zones have a specific area in every region which are special. During a different time of the day you may obtain a specific EV whether it's roaming through the grass or surfing and fishing on the near by waters. Down below I will go in-depth for every Regions specific EV Zone. I have also, added an image guide that also has the times and location and how to encounter Pokemon need for every specific EV With that said, this concludes the in-depth breakdown. Hi @Blissfully0207 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to restart your client and if that fix your error? Also, please make sure to have the correct version of the client for your pc. If restarting should not fix you error, could you please try the following procedure and let me know if it works: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE Let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions. Have a wonderful day ! -
Hi @astridlangley I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, there is no way to transfer any of your items between servers. However, with the last update we made the Coins shared between servers, therefore if you have, for example, 100 coins on gold server you will be able to use them even on the silver server. Hi @Plucas1 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that in order to partecipate to the Bug Catching contest you've to head north of Goldenrod City or west of Violet City and enter the National Park Stop House 1. Once you are into the National Park Stop House 1, Interact with the Guard to start the contest making sure to have only 1 Pokémon in team that is not a bug-type. You can obtain the Volcarona Wings in two possible ways: Submitting a non-shyny Pokémon with 290+ as score Submittin a shiny Pokémon with 400+ as score You can obtain further info about the Bug Catching Contest and how scores are calculated by checking our OFFICIAL BUG CATCHING GUIDE. Unfortunately the status page on our website is currently not working properly and we are aware of that and working to fix it. Hi @Neura10 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please follow the steps HERE to get the activation email resent? Remember to check the junk mail and make sure that you typed the email correctly. Also, take note that the email could take up to 30 minutes to be received. Also, downloading a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome could also help with the activation of the account. Hi @Arctus I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that PC and Android servers are exactly the same and they are shared. That means that if you access from PC or Android, the progress is exactly the same. Also, after checking your account i noticed that you are playing with two different accounts and maybe you didn't notice it. Arctus, where you have your Charmander level 19 Antares, where you have a level 7 Charmander I hope what said was clarifying, let me know if something is unclear and if you have any further questions. Hi [uSER=2207764]@BabyPika[/uSER] I would like to inform you that, as we have announced on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD,the new client has been released as a way to apply several bug-fixes and to begin preparation for the Payday event that will come Friday 25th January. In specific, during the Payday event, the move Payday will grant +50% money drop from wild Pokemon next weekend. Said move can be learnt from Pokémon like Meowth, Mew, etc. You can obtain the Payday move through level or by buying it in Goldenrod Mart for $3,000. Hi @Spiiike I'm sorry for the inconvenience I would like to inform and ensure you that you didn't lose your progress and that everything is still there, you just need to merge your account and i will now help you explaining how to do that. As first, take note that the Red and Blue server has merged to form the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. You will need to merge your accounts by log in the DASHBOARD and merge your accounts. I checked your account and it seems like you have 86 hours on the Red Server, so if you want to have back your progress you have to select Red Server as your main server. To merge your account you can use the following guide under the spoilers: [spoiler= Step 1] Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2] Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! I also suggest to read the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE for questions you may have and if you should experience any issue while merging. In case that, after the merge, you should still get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password from the DASHBOARD, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) Remember that you are able to play, with your old progress, only on the Silver Server since the server transfers are closed in this moment. Could you please try the following procedure: Delete all the PRO files you currently have on your PC; Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete any possible remainig files (temporary files, etc). Disable your antivirus & firewall Download a new browser different from the one you have now and then download the game from PRO CLIENT DOWNLOAD LINKS If that should not be able to solve your issue yet, could you please provide a screenshot of the error? I would like to inform you that, as stated from our developer on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, during the Payday event that will start the 25th January, the move Payday will grant +50% money drop from wild Pokemon next weekend. Therefore, it is intended to use the move Payday during the event in order to have the +50% money drop from wild Pokémon. Do note that it will work only during the event that will start the 25th January and will last until the end of the weekend, therefore if you would try to use it now you would not receive any money-bonus but would receive instead the normal amount of money. Hi @Btacon I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, as announced on discord, the client has been updated yesterday. Unfortunately, it seems like you have not downloaded yet the new client and you're trying to access the game by using the old one, which is not possible. You can download the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD. Please, make sure to delete the old client and all the remaining files in order to now experience any issue with the new client. Remember that Magneton evolves in Magnezone only when leveled up into the Power Plant in Kanto. If you'd like to reset your account, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic can be found here for future reference : ACCOUNT RESET & NAME CHANGE. Nevertheless, as stated in our GAME RULES, you are allowed to have a maximum of 4 accounts. Take note that, if the chance of reset your progress or change name will be available again, there is not an estimated time for when it will happen.
