If you cannot access the game, could you please tell me what is the error you are experiencing? Could you please try the following: Try Alt+Tab Use an Escape Rope Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar Log out, and then back in Close the whole client and start PRO again Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions. Hi @Shanruro I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, as a way to solve this issue, i can offer you a Magic Mirror which is an item that permit you to customize your character while in game and that you will be able to use after the 4th badge in kanto. Therefore, you can rush the customization of your character and change it later through this item. Is it fine for you? Looking forward to your reply, have a wonderful day !

Hi @heronlibra Thank you for your patience. I would like to inform you that i've sent you, through mailbox, a Magic Mirror. You should be able to take it from the Mailbox once you've the 4th Badge of Kanto. Unfortunately, you have to wait until the 4th badge of Kanto, but you will be able to totally customize again your character. Hi @Libayasan I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and the situation. We are aware of the fact that the server are currently having issues, and i can assure you that our Developer is working on fixing the issues. About the event, i would like to inform you that it was intended to finish the 6th January but in the end we decided to extended it to 16th January as a way to apologize about the server status/issues and because we understood that it would have been unfair towards the players to close it the 6th January without extending it. Unfortunately, i cannot fulfill your request and cannot help you to get Xmas Manaphy because if i would do that for you it would be unfair towards all the other players that didn't have the chance to catch the Xmas version of Manaphy. However, as i cannot offer further support to you for this situation and since every your questions have been answered, i will now close the thread. Hi @joseph101 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that if you would like to have another chance to catch Entei, then you have to fight Nikola and beat him. Nikola can be found in the Unknown Place, located in the Trainer valley. You can check our guide to see how to reach him, the requirements and his team : TRAINER VALLEY GUIDE Take note that, unfortunately, i am unable to respawn Entei for you because it would be unfair towards all the players that accepted the fact they had to fight Nikola in order to respawn the Legendary Pokémon they wanted to catch after a disconnection. Unfortunately, we cannot give any estimated time for when donations will be back up. Could you please try to change your password from the DASHBOARD making sure to select one Alphanumerical (the characters allowed from A to Z and 0 to 9).You might try this procedure couple of times.
