Hi @yoda2324 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. As i told you before, the Murkrow you've bought is native of Kanto and, since you are playing Johto's story, it has been locked into your pc and you'll unlock it after you obtain the 8th badge of Johto. What you may have experienced is a bug, that unfortunately we were not able to replicate. The only way to use again/unlock your Murkrow is to obtain the 8th badge of Johto. Unfortunately we are not able to refund you of your lost Snorlax because it would be unfair towards the other players who have accepted their losses due to crash(regardless of our end or theirs ). Also, do note that a Pokémon is not saved into our database until it has aquired an ID, which it can be obtained by waiting a bit or relogging in order to force save. Please, take time to read here below for future reference: For scheduled maintenance, you may check the OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for updates when the server will be going down because announcements are usually released there, saying that the server will be going down in x amount of time, to minimize your losses. As for unannounced server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players. Also, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. If the disconnect was caused by connection issues on your end, you may try the following: Call your internet provider. Troubleshoot Your Hardware. Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Hi @Guilherme455 I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced. Could you please try the following procedure and see if it fix your issue? Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE In case it should not fix your issue, please attach a screenshot and describe more specific and accurately the issue you're experiencing. Hi @Ichibann I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that you're in the wrong map. The map from where you can access the Bug Catching Contest is the National Park Stop House 1, and not the Route 35 Stop House. To reach it, head north of route 35 Stop House until you reach the other stop house and that will be the correct one. You can check the following image in the spoiler to see how to reach the correct stop house from the one you're currently in. Could you please try the following: Try Alt+Tab Use an Escape Rope Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar Log out, and then back in Close the whole client and start PRO again Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions. Hi @koke2009 I'm sorry for the inconvenience I would like to inform and assure you that you didn't lose your progress and that everything is still there, you just need to merge your account and i will now help you explaining how to do that. As first, take note that the Red and Blue server has merged to form the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. You will need to merge your accounts by log in the DASHBOARD and merge your accounts. I checked your account and it seems like you have 25 hours on the Blue Server, so if you want to have back your progress you have to select Blue Server as your main server. To merge your account you can use the following guide under the spoilers: [spoiler= Step 1] Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2] Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! I also suggest to read the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE for questions you may have and if you should experience any issue while merging. In case that, after the merge, you should still get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password from the DASHBOARD, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) Remember that you are able to play, with your old progress, only on the Silver Server since the server transfers are closed in this moment.
