Hi [uSER=1629347]@Zorro99[/uSER] I'm sorry for the inconvenience. i would like to inform you that Aura Sphere is one of the event moves of Raikou that can be taught only after completing the LEGENDARY EVENT MOVE TUTOR QUEST and then paying 20.000 pokedollars to the tutor. The only requirement for the quest is having caught atleast a legendary and having 450 hours of playtime.   9. Hi @Grindfever I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I've forwarded your request to our Content Scripter Team as your issue was related to a bug of not having the Mew Seen data. Could you please talk with your PC in Lilycove City Pokecenter and check then if you've received the Seen Data of Mew? After you've obtained the seen data of Mew by interacting with the PC, you should be able to talk and fight Nikola in the Unknown Place, located in the Trainer valley as you well know. Could you please try the following: You should be able to fight the the Team Aqua girl in the bottom-left corner of the map. Do it. Pick up the hidden key/item in one of the boxes to unlock the barrier IMAGE OF THE KEY Also, please, absolutely avoid to talk with Minun and Plusle unless Wattson specially asks you to do so. I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). Take note that we cannot transfer your account because it would be unfair towards all the others users that requested the same and accepted the fact they have to wait. As i told you before, the Murkrow you've bought is native of Kanto and, since you are playing Johto's story, it has been locked into your pc and you'll unlock it after you obtain the 8th badge of Johto. What you may have experienced is a bug, that unfortunately we were not able to replicate. The only way to use again/unlock your Murkrow is to obtain the 8th badge of Johto. Unfortunately we are not able to refund you of your lost Snorlax because it would be unfair towards the other players who have accepted their losses due to crash(regardless of our end or theirs ). Also, do note that a Pokémon is not saved into our database until it has aquired an ID, which it can be obtained by waiting a bit or relogging in order to force save. Please, take time to read here below for future reference: For scheduled maintenance, you may check the OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for updates when the server will be going down because announcements are usually released there, saying that the server will be going down in x amount of time, to minimize your losses. As for unannounced server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players. Also, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. If the disconnect was caused by connection issues on your end, you may try the following: Call your internet provider. Troubleshoot Your Hardware. Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE In case it should not fix your issue, please attach a screenshot and describe more specific and accurately the issue you're experiencing. The map from where you can access the Bug Catching Contest is the National Park Stop House 1, and not the Route 35 Stop House. To reach it, head north of route 35 Stop House until you reach the other stop house and that will be the correct one. You can check the following image in the spoiler to see how to reach the correct stop house from the one you're currently in.
