Could you please try the following procedure and let me know if it works: Delete all the old files or PRO Restart your Phone Download another browser on your smartphone and then try to download again the game from our PRO CLIENT DOWNLOAD If that procedure should not work, could you try to download the application on a PC and then move it on your smartphone and try to re-install it? Hi @Spitzhackekoeln I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, i regret to inform you that we do not offer anymore this service. Trade Moderators spent a large amount of time the recent months to reverse the trades of region locked Pokemon because users kept ignoring the huge notification Eaty implemented to notify them. From now on and to save really valuable amount of time, such services will not be offered by PRO TMODs or any PRO Staff. Be sure to read the notifications carefully, else you will have to wait until the user you traded completes the region of your Pokemon. I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand. Hi @Allurite I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up. To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE After you've downloaded again the latest client, please try to teach again the move to your Pokémon and the issue should be solved. Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc. Most important, our current TOOLS do not permit us to track the shop logs and how money get spent, so we have no way to verify and refund these kind of things. Hi everyone and welcome in the 20th Official Ladder Tournament ! This tournament is for the top 25 players of the ladder of March 2019! Please register within the next four days! The ladder tournament will be on showdown with PRO rules! -[/hr] To make the tournament cross server To keep a safe log of all matches To give the option to play more different teams -[/hr] Rated pvp rules apply. Please familiarise yourself with these if you have not done so already. If you disconnect, it will be counted as a loss unless your opponent agrees to a rematch. Finish the matches within the stated time: If you didn't complete your match within the stated time, the winner will be decided by coinflip. If your opponent tried to contact you and you didn't react within the stated time, you will be disqualified. -Evidence is needed in this case! [*]You have to post the replay links to prove that you won within the given time. [*]You will have 2~4 days per round! [*]You can use as many Pokemon as you want and don't need to register them. [*]You can only use Pokemon that are catchable and not banned on PRO. Hi @MarkosCrete2 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, i regret to inform you that we are not able to refund you of your lost money/progress, reset the cooldown of the boss or give you back your consecutive wins because, unfortunately, our TOOLS do not allow us to check consecutive wins and therefore currently lack of the system to give them back to players. However, our developers communicated that they will try their best to optimize our TOOLS in order to permit us to have a better check over these things, and many others, and therefore permit us to give a better help to players in these situations in the future. Please, take your time to read below: The reason of why the boss cooldown have not been reset after the crash is because the server didn't experience a normal crash, but first just kicked out all the players and this is why the cooldown wasn't reset. Also, i would like to inform you that we are aware of the issues related to the status of our server, and i can assure you that our Developers are working on a fix and that fixing them is our main priority in this moment, as we understand that frequently disconnections may be frustrating. I know it can be frustrating to lose part of your progress, but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your request. Unfortunately i am unable to give you an estimated as for when these issues will be fixed, so please stay tuned on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for further announcements about the status of the server and let me know if you have any further questions. resolved Stuck with "Move Learn" GUI Bug

Hi @Hattoru I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up. As first thing try to log on the server where you do not play and check if you can close the GUI from there and then get back on your mains erver. Hi @MewtwoY I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The servers were down due to technical difficulties. As that is an error on our end and that cause a crash of our servers, even changing password won't fix the issue. The only thing you can do in those moments is wait that the server get restarted by one of our admins. However, I would like to inform you that our developers are already working on solving these issues but unfortunately it is not really easy and it can take a bit of time to solve them and therefore there is not any estimated time as for when these issue will be completely fixed. Nevertheless you should now be able to log on again. As the issue has been solved, i will now close the thread. Have a wonderful day !

Unfortunately, i regret to inform you that unfortunately we are unable to refund you of your Master ball as we are unable to verify if you really used it or not, and if you if did it for a mistake, as our TOOLS do not permit us to do that.
