  2. Hi @Lola I'm sorry for the inconvenience. As i've already stated above, it is possible to obtain legendaries with their Hidden Abilities as Abilities, such as Registeel with Light Metal. In the past there was a visual bug that was not displaying abilities and therefore people thought it was a block, but such a block never existed and there is nothing that blocks you from encountering legendaries with their hidden abilities as ability on their original location. However, it must be said that the block you're talking about exists just on Birth Island, which has been added recently and permit you to have a chance to encounter the other legendaries like other members of the regi-trio, Latios/Latias one etc. That means that if you would obtain Registeel in its original location, in the underground ruins, it will be able to have hidden ability as ability. Instead, if you would obtain Registeel on Birth Island, you would not be able to obtain the hidden ability as legendaries on birth island are intended to be H.A. blocked.   3. Hi @edvin I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up. To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then, if you have a desktop and not android, download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE After you've downloaded again the latest client, please try to teach again the move to your Pokémon and the issue should be solved. Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc. Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions.   5. Hi @mahola I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that it seems like it may be a resolution issue. Could you please try to press ESC in order to open the settings and then change the resolution of the game and make it match with the native one of your PC?   6. Hi @GambitX I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like you currently have the 71 evolved pokemon required. From now, go in Pallet Town and talk to Prof. Oak, let him take a look to your Pokedex. After that, go to Celadon, enter in the building next to the Pokecenter and go on the Roof Top by taking the elevator and enter in the house where you should find the man that gives you the old map. If you should not be able to obtain that, it is possible that you are experiencing a bug. Therefore, could you please make another evolution in order to reach the 72 evolutions and try again the procedure said above? Looking forward to your reply, have a wonderful day!

I would like to inform you that the caught data of the unobtainable legendaries are slowly being removed as it is intended to have only the seen data of them. About the respawn of Mewtwo, that is just a visual bug but the cooldown of the minibosses is from 1 to 3 days and therefore you will have to wait in order to challenge it again.   9. Hi @Lola I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the issue related to the Light Metal ability was that it was visual-bugged and therefore it was not properly showing in the pokemon-card. However, Light Metal it is normally allowed to be own as ability and there should be nothing that can block you from having that. Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that we cannot change the ability of your Pokémon as it would be unfair toward the other players that have a Pokémon with a wrong ability and they accepted the fact that there is no way to change it. Therefore, if we should change your Pokémon's ability, we should change even the one of all the other players. I'm sorry to disappoint you. I hope the information given provided some clarification.   15. Hi @KazaDanilova I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Is it possible that your clothe has been changed into a Autumn clothes instead. This was an issue caused by mismatched IDs for the clothing. However, i would like to inform you that a fix has been added into the game. Fashion Girl Emily in Celadon Mart 1 is able to exchange between Goth and Autumn Colored Clothes for free.
