Could you play try please try the following procedure in the same exact order i give you : Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Install the latest version of .NET Framework Restart your computer Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus Download again the game from HERE Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. (Not directly in C: or D: , but you can put them in your documents into a folder like this: CLIENT FOLDER) Run the program as Administrator If you will succeed in solving your issue, please remember to reactivate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to PRO Folder/Client. Please, let me know if you have been successful in solving your error and if you have any further questions. Have a wonderful day !

Hi @Riffen I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to apologize for the delay and the inconvenience. As it was announced on our discord, it was pretty clear that, due to the fact we had added new spawns, the Safari free was just for the hunting zone and not for the ev one. However, i agree that it really should've been announced and made it more clear that only the hunting zone was free. This may be seen as an error from our end and we will use this to improve in the future. Nevertheless, the event was just made as a way to compensate for all the crashed happened recently and not for any event that made players catch specific pokemon. However, as we have talked already in the in-game chat and you have been told about the EV training guard behind the desk, i will now close the thread as the issue has been solved already in-game and information have been provided above. Hi @Ryokura I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the compensation of the 40 coins was made during the merge downtime. The merge happened the first days of April and that the coins were given around that period and not months later. As i stated above the coins were automatically given to all the existing account. However, we are not able to check if any bug or issue was experienced as an entire year has passed. Also, unfortunately, we have no way to track how coins gets spent and therefore to check if you may have used them somehow. Please, do note nota that giving you those coins now would be unfair for all the players, since if we would give those coins 1 year after the issue was experienced, it would be unprofessional and we should do the same with all the other players. I'm sorry to disappoint you, but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your request. Nevertheless, if you would like to have a nice mount, you can do the Arcanine Mount Quest which can give you a free Arcanine Mount. Please go ahead and change it from the WEBSITE - PASSWORD CHANGE, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) You might need to try it couple of times in order to make it works. Rotom heat can't learn volt switch and overheat???

Hi @Viviotic I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please do note that Rotom learns Volt Switch through TM and not through tutor. Therefore, in order for your pokemon to learn Volt Switch, you'll have to buy the TM from the Mauville City Game Corner for 2500 pokedollars. Hi @darkvitorbu I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like you just lent your level 100 Dragonite to a player called LaMueerte. The Pokémon will come back once the lending will be finished. Hi @Voldis4 Thank you for contacting us about your concern. I will try to reply to all your questions as best as i can. Unfortunately, there is no Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for new content or regions. Once said features are meant to be added to the game, it will be announced properly with the time that the new content will take to arrive on the Announcements subforum and on our OFFICIAL PRO Discord. Please be patient with us and keep in mind that the team is working as much as possible to provide new content and features for the community. Unfortunately, as Gen7 Pokémon are not yet released to players, it is not possible to evolve any Pokémon to their alola's form. However, we plan to release gen 7 pokemon, even if there is not any estimated time of arrival. Once we will release them, we will make an announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO Discord. As Pokémon Revolution Online is a game in continuous update, we keep working day by day on new features, updates, contents to release in order to make our player enjoy the game and make them happy. Unfortunately, i cannot disclose all the project we are currently working on but i can tell you some of what has been already made public and that will be released in the future, but without any estimated time. PVP Rework from scratch, that means a total rework of it that should make, hopefully, all abilities, moves and items work in battle and bring a lot of new features. Add stuff to Phyton API, which is the language used to script npc, boss, quests and anything game related. Release of the MEGAs Release of Gen7 Pokémon Of course there will be much and much more, but we cannot disclose anything. As always, everything will be announced on our OFFICIAL PRO Discord once they will be released. Could you explain if, by this question, do you mean what were the expectations be for individuals when they first became staff? Being a staff member can be challenging at times. But at the end of the day, helping the community and watch people being happy and enjoying the game really make us feel really happy. Players have a lot of ways to help. Even enjoying the game is a form of help. However, sharing feedback about updates, suggesting changes/updates that can improve the game and the quality of life of that is really important and help us to understand what the community wants and like. Also, there are various way you can contribuite, like making guides, videos, pvp video, etc. For further questions about how a player can contribute you may check this thread: CONTRIBUTOR ROLE The main priority of the staff right now is, and will always be, contribute to the development and improvement of Pokémon Revolution Online in order to make the players happy and make them enjoy the game. As you well know, the staff team is like a big family divided into many roles and each roles contribute in their own way. From the creation of new contents, to the moderation, to creation of events, etc. Everyone has their own way to contribute and everyone team work with each other in order to achieve the common goal which is, as said above, to contribute to the development and improvement of Pokémon Revolution Online. About a specific thing, i don't really think that there is only a single thing we are giving priority. I would like to inform you that the required to meet in order to be able to access Love Island are the following: Catch 120 Pokémons native from Kanto (from range #1-#151) Get 38 evolved data After checking your account, it seems like you have only 97 Pokémon caught of Kanto. You can check it by yourself by talking with Professor Oak in Pallet.
