You can use a Whimsicott (Prankster) with Worry Seed / Switcheroo / Memento / Flash / Ampharos with Erie Impuls / Flash / Thunderwave (for Spatk debuff) Bold Umbreon with Charm / Flash / Wish or Moonlight / Protect (for Atk debuff) BUT Crits ignore all Debuffs, so there is still a chance you get onehitted.
