  5. I've been told that this is a known bug that occurs randomly. Unfortunately, I've also been told that this it's not detectable whether the player got the cooldown due to the bug or due to another issue. Mew: 225hrs -> 100hrs Celebi: 275hrs -> 150hrs Raikou, Entei, Suicune: 450hrs -> 200hrs Jirachi: 100hrs since entering Hoenn -> 200hrs Heatran: 150hrs since entering Sinnoh -> 200hrs These are the changed playtime for the legendaries. But, in order to apply the changed IVs on your legendary, you have to click yes when the NPC asks you "Will you apply the changed IVs on your pokemon?". If not, it will turn back into the normal IVs. This system was implemented to lower the burden of players when it comes to changing their legendary's IVs. But, as digomenezes mentioned above, from the Dashboard you can switch servers. You can transfer your account every 30 days for free, for additional transfers it costs 100 coins.
