  7. Hi, @Xelos. I think you have misunderstood how the cooldown of the reporter works. Let me give you a simple example how the cooldown works. Lets assume that you started the 1st day's quest at 1:00 PM Monday. Then the 2nd day quest will be valid from 1:00 PM Tuesday. (24 hours cooldown) However, lets say you did the 2nd day's quest at 3:00 PM Tuesday. In this case, the 3rd day's quest won't be valid at 3:00 PM Wednesday, it will be valid at 1:00 PM Wednesday. (The cooldown clock will keep going non-stop) 1:00 PM will be kept until the 7th day reward. (Sunday) Little note that you'll be able to restart the time of the 1st day quest after 1:00 PM Monday.   16. Hi, @PAKOBATINA. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. But, in order to apply the changed IVs on your legendary, you have to click yes when the NPC asks you "Will you apply the changed IVs on your pokemon?". If not, it will turn back into the normal IVs. This system was implemented to lower the burden of players when it comes to changing their legendary's IVs. As this is not a bug, we won't be able to refund you in any way, as this would be unfair for all other players. I hope you understand. Have a nice day. Kind regards, HappyMango.

  18. The form changing NPC was also located at the halloween event place. So, unfortunately, you would have to wait until the halloween event starts.

We can't 100% guarantee you that it will be available during the next halloween event, but if it will be avaliable again during the halloween season there will be an announcement on both forums and discord.
