Can you try to press alt+enter, while the client is open? This changes the client from full screen to window mode. Try this and see if you can click something. I'll be waiting for your reply.

Hi, @HasTJT. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. First, I want to note that it could take up to 30 minutes to 1 hour in order to receive a mail. Can you try the following procedure and see if you receive an email. 1. Check the junk mail page and check if the sent mail is inside. 2. Hi, @DestyCZSK1998. Can you try the following procedure and tell me if the solution works? 1. Create a shortcut to the PRO exe and name it what ever you wish. 2. Right click your shortcut and goto properties, when you get there you will find a textbox that says "Target" and then the location of the PRO exe you created a shortcut for. What you will want to do is after the end of it, type -force-d3d11 or -force-opengl or -force-glcore. Add a space between .exe and -force 3. Hit Apply, and then run the shortcut you created. PRO will now run using directX 11 and should no longer crash due to buggy windows 10 and drivers. I'll be waiting for your reply. Have a nice day. Kind regards, HappyMango. -
Hi, @MysticalShark. I checked your account's database, and as you said you finished up to the 7th gym leader in Hoenn. Since each region have 8 badges, you would have to aim for the 8th gym in Sootopolis. However, before heading to Sootopolis city, you would have to complete the quest at Team Aqua Hideout located at route 126 to 128 underwater. Hi, @NervousFighter2. I'm glad to see that your problems have already been solved. Note that to evolve a magneton into a magnezone, you have level up in areas with a special magnetic field. In PRO, the areas with special magnetic fields are "New Mauville", " Mt. Coronet b1f", " Mt. Coronet 2f", " Mt. Coronet 3f", " Mt. Coronet 4f", " Mt. Coronet 5f", " Mt. Coronet 6f", " Mt. I recommend you to use the logout button instead of closing the client right away while logged in. Closing the client while logged inside the game could trick the server that you are already logged into the game. Note that this problem could also occur when the server is unstable, if this was the cause, there is no other way to solve it but to wait until the server gets stable. I hope this helps.
