Hello @Norex I'm sorry for the caused inconvenience as well as the delay. First, i'd like to thank you for reporting this bug. Unfortunately this is a known bug with the Therian forms. Currently, the only way to avoid this problem is to, as you said, convert them back to their Incarnate forms (The form you first encountered them as) teaching any necessary moves you want them to have, and use the Reveal Glass on them again. Can you please tell me more about this bug, like what were the stats of your Budew, what moves did it have, what level was it, and what pokemon did you face? I've tested it using a level 11 Budew and the dialogue is indeed correct, which is "Paralyze." Nonetheless, thank you for reporting. I'll be waiting for your reply.

Hello @19Rubenz I'm sorry for the inconvenience as well as the delay. I've checked via our tools, and it seems you've got 2 Strawberry Togekiss mounts. The problem here is simply: the name of the mount is too long to display the number of that specific mount you have. I can assure you that you do have the correct number mounts in your inventory. With Oak being coded in Python, this means that it will detect server crashes, and the battle will not count as a loss. You can simply re-challenge him afterwards, like nothing ever happened. Hi @HatsuneNeko You need to merge your Red and Blue accounts first. Merging is quite simple, and can be started by first opening the dashboard and logging in. There, you should get a screen telling you to merge. Keep in mind that when you're merging, choose the server (Red/Blue) that you want to continue the story progress on. For more details regarding server merges, please read this guide: Everything about Server merges. After you've successfully merged your Red and Blue accounts, you can then do a server transfer between Silver and Gold. Your first transfer after 30 days should always be free. Hi @DamageTrade Sorry for the inconvenience. As stated in the thread that @Norex shared, this is intended. You need a pokemon with 220 happiness points or more and has learned the move rock smash to be able to break the crystals at Love Island. This is because the Love Island crystals have a high chance of dropping valuable rewards, such as a Deep sea scale. You're able to use the pickaxe and the other tools anywhere else though, without having to teach a pokemon that specific HM. I hope this answers your question.
