  3. Hello @Archeus I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Can you confirm to me that you've beaten all 5 Team Rocket grunts?   4. Hello @konichi24 I'm sorry for the caused inconvenience. Can you confirm to me that you haven't done the Pinkan Island Quest. If you have done those quest, the ranger temporarily takes your pokeballs. Simply interact with the ranger just outside of the hunting area and he will return your pokeballs. What pokemon did you battle the round before, what were your pokemon, did something unusual happen, was there a server restart/dc before or after the error occurred?   7. Hi there @Kboww I'm sorry for the caused inconvenience as well as the delay. If you've bought the Safari Pass from the guards at the top, you can simply talk to them again and they should give you the option to enter the EV Wald for 2k/entry.   11. Hi there @fetxize I'm sorry for the inconvenience as well as the delay. Can you please tell me if you've recently started a quest, such as the Heatran quest? If so, an NPC named Buck will temporarily take your rare candies the moment you start the quest, and will return them upon defeating Heatran and talking with him again.   15. Hi @ARGENGARCIA1999 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Nincada evolves to Ninjask starting at level 20. To obtain a Shedinja, you need an empty slot in your party, meaning you can only bring at max 5 pokemon with you, and have a pokeball. If leveling Nincada past level 20 does not give you a prompt for evolution, try to lose some happiness, which can be done by having your pokemon faint, restart your client, and level up again.   16. Hello @Schlange I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The waterfall that is located at Victory Road Hoenn B2F is indeed intended to be like that. You are not able to climb the waterfall using a pokemon. There is however, an alternative path at Victory Road Hoenn B1F that you can take in order to progress.   18. Hi there @Shadowgaby Sorry for the caused inconvenience. You are unable to login into Silver because you need to merge both your Blue and Red servers. The Yellow server has become Gold now. Blue and Red have become the Silver server. Merging is quite simple. You need to login into the Dashboard. From there, it will prompt you to merge. Make sure that you choose the main server where you want to progress your story on, in this case I assume it is Blue since you haven't played at all on Red. After you've done merging servers, make sure to change your password here to an alphanumerical one, and it should allow you to login into Silver with no issue at all.
