  1. Hello @Larcan. It looks like you might have not finished the water dungeon entirely yet. This usually happens when users forget to interact with the rock in the Wishiwashi-School room (The one we can see in your screenshot.) Apart from that everything looks good, so maybe try again to interact with it in the water dungeon. Let me know if that worked. Have a nice day

Out of curiosity to help find what might cause this, did you do anything in particular in the last 8 hours of playtime with this account ? Like started any quest or activity, spoke to any particular npc, etc. Your hours in hoenn should be displayed correctly now and you should be able to proceed with the quest.   3. Greetings @Bobby2. You can obtain another fresh water by going to the top floor of the Goldenrod department store. Here you will find a vending machine to interact with, this is where you will be able to buy another one. Hopefully this will answer your question.

  5. Unfortunately I'm afraid that we cannot recover items in these cases as trick is working as intended and was an human sided-error here. If it was bugged then there might have been something that could of been done. However I can show you were you could obtain another choice scarf ; Purchasable from any PvP Coin Master for 50 PvP Coins. You can find those in any department store From the trade chat from another player As a potential reward for defeating Raikou Guardian or Urahara Potential item from the Item Recycler Hopefully this will be of help. Please make sure in the future to create a new thread rather than go on an existing/random one and start asking question. It's harder for us to actually forward if needed since it will become a clumsy mess pretty fast, would everyone do it. As for the issue on hand I looked over your trade logs, all your pokemon (if somehow it was removed accidentally and put back on another one) and couldn't find anything. As items do not disappear randomly, is it possible that you might have used trick in a wild battle ? If not, did you perhaps ev-train or level this rotom anywhere ? If so in what routes/areas ? Having your answers to these questions will help determine where you might have lost this choice scarf. Have a nice day.
  7. Greetings @Abigor666. It looks like you might have already used Nikola in the past to restore a regirock, perhaps you disconnected or fainted it in a previous battle. Nikola's purpose is to only help with those cases and not give a free reroll so since you used it in the past you cannot use it again. I have restored your regirock that was first caught.   9. Greetings @Khxos. Could you perhaps try to return to the map called Petal Glade ? This is the map where you encountered shaymin the first time and failed to catch it. Under normal circumstances you should be able to catch it again. Let me know if that worked. Have a nice day.

  11. What do you mean by scrambled ? Transfers only switch both of your characters, they don't interact together. You might just be at the stage where you need to find the kids to find barry. If it helps here is the sinnoh walkthrough so you can continue the story.
  12. Greetings @rajkkapadia. Apologies for the inconvenience. I'm afraid that there is no solution to this problem other than transferring back again. Sets are tied to the ID of the pokemon and as you may know the ID changes when switching servers. The set master will only recognize the set of the pokemon on the server it was created from.   13. There isn't a notification like "You received 1x reroll ticket" or a specific sound when you receive it. This is what the NPC mentions when you receive the item.
  14. Greetings @Vonti. According to your variables you did in fact receive the reroll ticket from the peter museum. You have 2 rerolls in your inventory, is there possible you might have missed it or used it ? You also traded a reroll ticket yesterday.
  15. Greetings @DropZRolls. Upon further inspection on your account it looks like you are missing the seen data of both Zapdos and Articuno. Could you perhaps try to get them in their respective locations and return to Shamouti island to see if the problem persists ? Zapdos is located in the power plant in Kanto while Articuno is located in the Seafoam Islands. Let me know if that worked. Have a nice day.
  16. Greetings @futz. All the information given by Lanedarni is correct. Just want to empathize on the last answer which I assume you are still waiting for. Whenever you have a lending trade going on, you cannot transfer. This will be blocked automatically in the dashboard, as seen here. The warning will be removed once you have no lending trades left, to ensure that there isn't any cross-server issue with lendings. Let me know if all your questions were answered. Have a nice day.

  20. Your party needs to consist of level 100 pokemon only. It doesn't need to be full but Lance will not fight you if you have pokemons that are lower than level 100.
  21. Greetings @A7med. Apologies for the inconvenience. Could you possibly send a screenshot of the location where you spoke to Lance ? There are actually two lances in that area so it is possible that you spoke with the wrong one. Looking forward to your answer.
  22. Greetings @Sushimy99. Shaymin and some other legendaries (Keldeo for example) cannot be rerolled using Nikola, as this is not the intended purpose of the boss. This boss only serves as an option for players who lost connection or mistakenly fainted the legendary during their battle to catch it. You will have to use rerolls tickets if you would like to have a better shaymin. Hopefully this will answer your concern.
  23. Greetings @Bhargavpro. The guide you are following is probably referencing to the old shaymin quest part when the quest first released. This part was extended two years ago and no longer ends in Breezy Path. As mentioned by the white haired NPC you must head to Suzuka town in order to revive the festival. You can access this area by going east of Breezy Path. Here is the wiki guide if you are looking for more information. Hopefully this will answer your concern.
  24. Greetings @kishanb1112002. Is it possible that you used the move Beak Blast with the Toucannon ? This move as a negative priority which would explain why you were slower. If not it would be pretty hard to know the reason as to why you moved slower without seeing the complete battle log. Could have been tailwind for example, but we cannot know for sure as we are missing the early rounds. If possible try to screenshot the entire battle log in these cases, so we can determine whether it's a bug or not and how to reproduce it. Have a nice day.
