As I mentioned before you will always lose 5% of your total money. 50k is the maximum you can lose after you surrendered or got defeated. Your mate might not know about this mechanic. Here is a proof. I'll lock this thread as we cannot help you in this case anymore. Have a nice day!

You lost 500k money because you surrendered so many times until you reached that amount. Unfortunately, we cannot give you the money back as this is a mechanic from the original games. Furthermore, it would be unfair towards other players who had a similar situation, if we restore your money and not theirs.

Your Medicham might miss a requirement. The NPC should give you a hint what is missung.

I've received an answer. According to your variables, you have never submitted any Pidgey before. Unfortunately, nothing can be done at this point as we can not verify if you actually talked to the NPC before or after you trained the Pidgey. I hope you understand. Have a nice day!
