  1. Hey there! I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. The issue seem to appear due to the newest Unity version and old hardware from the user. To fix it, create a shortcut for the PROclient.exe file by right clicking the application and select "create shortcut". After this, right click the shortcut and add the parameters -force-glcore into the Target as in the screenshot shown below. Make sure to add a space between .exe and -force. Let me know if it solved your issue. I'll be waiting for a reply.
  2. Hey there! I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and the delay. I've checked your account and it seems like you merged the wrong server. The server you had played on was the Blue server. I unmerged your account from Silver. Please merge your account again, and select the Blue server this time on the Dashboard. Let me know if that worked. After the merge, you still may be unable to log into Silver server. You have to reset your password to fix it. Your password should contain only alphanumeric letters (Letters from A to Z and from 0 to 9), because sometimes different/special characters in your password might block you from login.   13. Hey there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. You indeed merged the wrong server as the Blue server was your main server. I've noticed you transfered your account to Gold because you couldn't login to Silver before. In case this happens again, you need to reset your password here. If we unmerge your account and transfer back, you will lose all your progress that you currently have in the story. But you will get your progress and Pokemon as well as items back from the Blue server. Are you accepting these conditions? Furthermore, please do not trade til the issue is fixed! Otherwise, we the progress can't be undone. I'll be waiting for a reply.

In order to continue the story line, you have to talk to the teacher and find the missing students from the school. After this, the teacher will give you a hint where he is located. If you encounter client lags, please delete all the current PRO files and folders that you have on your device, including the temporary files and the trashbin, and then redownload the latest client from here. Furthermore, to be on the safe site, open the console with F2 and type 'clean reg' which cleans your PRO files. Keep in mind your settings will be resetted too. I'll be waiting for a reply.
