    Hey there!

    I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.
    Have you tried to use a mouse to press the accept button? A keyboard doesn't help in this case.

    I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.
    If you encounter client issues such as crash, freeze or client lags. The first thing suggested to do in these cases is to delete all the old pro files and folders that you have on your device and then redownload the latest client from here.


    If the said procedure should not fix those issues, here there are other methods that you can try:
    -Use Wifi connection. The game has unfortunately issues connecting with mobile data. VPN is also an alternative
    -Contact your internet provider to know when they have a downtime or if you are experiencing unstable connection

    If the listed solutions above didn't fix the issue, I recommend to check the ANDROID - CRASH FIXES GUIDE out.

    I'll be waiting for a reply if that worked.

    The first thing suggested to do in these cases is to delete all the old pro files and folders that you have on your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles) and the trashbin, and then redownload the latest client from here.

     

    If the said procedure should not fix the issue, please open the console with F2 and type "clean reg" and then enter.

    Edit: So I finally found the issue. My McAfee Antivirus program was actually erasing the "GameAssembly.dll" from existence since it saw it as a threat to my pc, thus resulting in an incomplete game file. I had to put an exception for PRO in both my Windows Firewall and my McAfee Antivirus Program, delete and uninstall all traces of PRO on my pc, turn off the virus scan of my antivirus program and finally reinstall the game fresh from the official website. I immediately was able to see the game assembly file and now I can play the game just fine (After also setting an exception for the game assembly file and turning the virus scan back on) If this is able to help out any other players in the future please take note of this and once again thank you for your help

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    In order to fix this issue, you have to reset your password in the Dashboard. Your password should contain only alphanumeric letters (Letters from A to Z and from 0 to 9), because sometimes different/special characters in your password might block you from login as Keita also mentioned above.

    For more information about the merge and about the errors that might occur with it, please take a look on Everything About The Merge.

    I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.
    Here is an explanation from the devs why the "GameAssembly.dll" file is considered as a virus.

    The GameAssembly.dll contains basically the entire game logic and is protected with themida. Bad anti-virus software could conceivably recognize the packed dll as malicious because bad actors have used themida to protect their malware as well. All assemblies protected with this packer have a very similar layout and signature by design. Themida is a legit commertial software solution to protect against reverse engineering.

    If this person is really worried he can check the file with online multi anti-virus checkers like https://virustotal.com/ and see that the vast majority of anti-virus software doesn't have an issue with it.

     


    Furthermore, I would like to tell that you don't necessary need to completely disable your antivirus program. You can add an exception for PRO to your antivirus/firewall.

    The devs are already aware of this issue. However, there hasn't been found a solution to the weird glitch where there is a discrepancy between the client exp + level calculation and the server.
    If this occurs again, you unfortunately have to level it up again. I'm once again sorry and hope this will be fixed soon.
