    I've checked your account and it seems like the last 30 day MS you have bought was at 2020-05-30 13:25:26.
    Unfortunately, we don't accept such requests for longer cases because of the economy change.
    Furthermore, it seems like you also bought a 30 day MS from a guy. And we cannot refund an item that you didn't buy.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    In order to enter the excavation site on Evergreen Island you need at least 10'000 Points.
    Furthermore, it will cost you 2,5k ingame money to enter.

    Unfortunately, I've to tell you that it is not possible to check the history of the previous rerolled Pokemon.
    However, the content staff team has added a reroll log now the past few days to avoid issues like this in the future.
    I'm once again really sorry that we can't check the reroll log for you.

    Yes. However, the hidden Pokemon can still be seen somewhere behind the rocks. So if you could provide me some screenshots, I can help you.

    Unfortunately, we don't know the exact location of the last Pokemon either. There are approximately 36 possible locations.
    Could you provide me some screenshots from the places, and we might find it together.

    I need help please, I am currently doing the Christmas quest but it appears that I cannot continue. I have back tracked my steps to see if I missed any vital parts to the quest and I noticed that when I am in the belly of the great beast, I can click on the rock and be told that I have found a gem every time I click on it which is odd. From there I got stuck in the section where I need to find four gravlers. I had found two gravlers which both told me something similar to " human! Please don't kill me". At this point I assume that maybe I have done something wrong or there might be a bug

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    In order to continue the last part of the event quest, head to North of Wastelands and enter the Forest Dungeon Entrance.
    From there, talk to Old Sarah and continue the quest.

    Could you please follow this procedure:

    • Delete all of your PRO files from the device (trashbin too)
    • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    In order to evolve your Shuppet now, you have to use a Mysterious Candy which allows not fully evolved Pokemon to still evolve at level 100.
    You can purchase these in all four department stores, PvE Coin shops and PvP Coin shops for 5.000 Pokedollars, 2 PvE Coins or 1 PvP Coin, respectively.

    I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.
    First of all, every request will be considered. Currently the email subforum has hundreads of posts and we cannot go further due to verifying every single user.
    This might take a bit now considering that staffs are voluntary work. If you haven't got any answers after 24 hours, feel free to bump your thread.
