    Hey there!

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    This is a known bug and the devs are already aware of this. Cames is currently working on enhancing the AI for all NPCs which means when a move is disabled, the NPC might switch or use a different move that isn't affected by disable. Until then, the move won't get fixed.

    There are quite a lot Italians on both servers. You can join the ingame Italian chat with /cgjoin Italian.

    You may also check the Dashboard, and notice that the Italian player base is in the top 10 on both servers.

    I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.
    First of all welcome back to the game. You don’t have to worry about your account & progress getting deleted as they will be always saved in the database.
    The issue is caused due to the old servers (Red, Blue) have been merged together in one server (Silver). I checked your account, and it seems like you played 98 hours on the Red server.
    You have to merge your account to the new servers in the Dashboard.
    Please make sure to choose the Red server in order to get your progress back.

    After the merge, you still may be unable to log into Silver server. You have to reset your password on the Dashboard to fix it. Your password should contain only alphanumeric letters (Letters from A to Z and from 0 to 9), because sometimes different/special characters in your password might block you from login.

    For more information about the merge and about the errors that might occur with it, please take a look on Everything About The Merge.

    With that being said, I hope this clarified everything.

    I'm sorry for the delay.
    There is nothing to worry about.
    As you can see here, Yomi Hunter even detects Spotify as Malware. It's probably because of an anti-tamper method protected by Spotify.

    Furthermore, the vast majority of Antivirus softwares don't have a problem with PRO which can be seen from your link.

    I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.
    First of all, you don't have to worry about that there is virus in your computer. It's a false alert.
    In order to fix the issue, you have to add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus which is different for every Antivirus programm. You can also disable your Antivirus which isn't recommended.
    You can search for online multi anti-virus checkers like VirusTotal and see that the vast majority of anti-virus softwares don't have problems with the PRO client.

    I'm really sorry for the inconvenience that was caused.
    First of all, I want to explain you why your anti-virus considers the game as a virus.
    A game file which is named GameAssembly.dll contains the entire game logic and is protected with Themida, a security software. Bad anti-virus softwares could conceivably recognize the packed dll as malicious because bad actors have used Themida to protect their malware as well. All assemblies protected with this packer have a very similar layout and signature by design. Also, Themida is a legit commercial software solution to protect against reverse engineering.
    You can search for online multi anti-virus checkers like VirusTotal and see that the vast majority of anti-virus softwares don't have an issue with the GameAssembly.dll file.

    Furthermore, we don't offer account deletions anymore due to many reasons, including security reasons.
    However, if you wish we can offer a ban to your account.

    Try to follow this procedure:
    -Launch PRO from your PC/Phone

    -Accept the ToS from there

    -Add PRO to shield and launch it

    Hey there!

    I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.
    We are not able to help you in this case.
    It would be unfair for all other players who have experienced the same problem.
    To avoid future client lags, please delete all the old PRO files and folders that you have on your device, including the temporary files
    and the trashbin, and then redownload the latest client from here.
    Furthermore, to be on the safe site, open the console with F2 and type 'clean reg' which cleans your PRO files. Keep in mind your settings will be resetted too.

    Silver server has more players than the Gold server. This is due to the fact that the old Red & Blue servers have been merged together while Yellow server was renamed to gold.
