As Norex have mentioned, you need to complete the SS Anne quest first in order to get HM Cut, and then teaching a Pokemon that move, which allows you to cut the trees outside the battles. For headbutt, you are required to have 150+ happiness on a Pokemon in order to headbutt the trees. To check the current happiness of a Pokemon, write /happy <pos 1-6> in the chat. Hello @TrainerAK, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The staff team don't do any account reset services at the moment. There is not any estimated time when it will be available again. Once we do, we will be announcing it in our official Discord server. However, I can list here some other possibilities you could try out in order to have a fresh start. - Start with the same account on the opposite server, everything will have a fresh start once you join the server. You will be able to create a new character, but your ingame name and the coin shop currency stays. - Create a new account, and start from scratch with a new ingame name, and no progress on both server. Keep in mind that you can maximum have 4 accounts. To get more information about this, the overall PRO rules can be found here. I hope this clarified everything you needed. Recently, this change has been made due to the fact the NPC is no longer needed anymore since the World Quest has replaced its purpose of exchanging Latias to Latios and vice versa. There will be a World Quest every 1st of the month at 2 PM GMT+0. If you finish the World Quest, you will be able to get a Mysterious ticket that allows you to go to Birth Island by talking to Mysterious Captain in Vermilion City port. On Birth Island, you will be able to catch a random legendary Pokemon that is still missing from the counterpart, with a chance of getting Latios, or a Pseudo-legendary Pokemon. Fortunately, the option box is a free movable box. After choosing your desired resolution, find the "apply button" from the Options by moving it with your mouse and hit apply. This thread assemble all the current obtainable Mega Stones in PRO and will get updated in the future. ▹ Kanto Champion ▹ OT Pokemon that can mega-evolve In order to get the Mega Bracelet, you have to talk to Assistant Theodor in Vermilion City Library which is directly east of the Pokemon Center. After talking to him, you now need to show him a self caught (OT) Pokemon that has the ability to mega-evolve. It can be a previously-caught Pokemon. If you are unsure what Pokemon can mega-evolve, take a look at this website. After showing him the Pokemon, he will reward you with a Mega Bracelet. Now you are able to get the different Mega Stones in the threads down below!
