Hello @Fwuff. I'm truly sorry to hear you missed out on redeeming the code and by such a short margin, too. It's really unfortunate, but we cannot do anything for you here. If we make an exemption for you here, then we would have to oblige other similar requests. The announcement was very clear on the runtime of the codes and players had 48 hours to activate it. I understand that not every player is aware of how the redeem codes work or aren't aware of where to redeem them at or they simply didn't have the time or availability to redeem it while it was active. Sadly, those situations are beyond our measures and control. So, regrettably, we cannot award you with either a new code or the item received from the code. I'm sure this is a disappointing answer, but our hands really are tied here. All I can say is try to be more proactive when/if another code is shared to make sure you get the item quickly. Hello, @Karvelas. My apologies for the inconvenience. Please make sure you have downloaded the latest client. You can find the download links here. It is also recommended to delete all previous PRO files prior to downloaded and installing the new client. If you are still experiencing these issues even after re-downloading, please let me know.

Hello @Aryawnnnn. My apologies for the late response. There can be many different reasons to this issue. The most obvious and most common is simply forgetting what you've spent money on. Have you perhaps purchased anything from another player or from an NPC such as Pokéballs? Perhaps you blacked out against a wild Pokémon? Please do your best to recall and answer these as best as you can. While you do that, I'll do some investigating to see where these funds could have gone.

Hello @Physicswalla. My apologies for the inconvenience. To begin, please make sure you have downloaded the latest client release. You can find that here. Next, if you still experience these issues, players have found that closing the client and relaunching has fixed the issue. This is just a workaround, not a permanent fix and not intended to be this way. Devs are fully aware of these issues and they are looking into it. I'm aware of how frustrating it can be going through this when all we want to do is play, we are just as frustrated as you are. But, all we can do right now is wait for Devs to work on it and hopefully a fix will be here soon. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello. @Gammacactus Unfortunately, the answer to your question is yes, you have lost the reroll ticket. To receive it as a reward, you must defeat Kyurem all three times and if you crashed during one of these fights, it will count as a loss. Sadly, we cannot do anything in regards to this. This is because there is no way for us to verify that 1) the crash was not on your end or that 2) you would have successfully beaten Kyurem. We understand the servers are experiencing some issues and we do apologize for that. In times like these, we recommend avoiding doing activities that could be ruined by a crash, such as bosses or PvP. There are still several ways of obtaining reroll tickets, such as Solaceon Daily (possible 7th day reward), PvP Chests, exchanging Reroll Shards for a ticket, purchasing them from PvP or PvE shops, and a few other methods. I'm sure you were hoping for a more positive response, but there is nothing we can do for your situation.

Hello @Azendak123. My apologies for the inconvenience. This situation may result from various different reasons. Based on what I see, it may have been one of our proxy servers having issues or even being down altogether. Alternatively, it may have been a connection error on your side due to poor connection. Regardless, Silver is working just fine now and I see you have logged in since making this post. Am I right to assume you are no longer facing this issue?

Hello, sorry for the delay. You currently do not possess any Bell that is required to catch the Legendary Beasts. You obtain this bell by completing the quest related to them. Here is a quest guide if you would like to use it. Since you do not have this bell, there is no way for you to have caught any of the Legendary Beasts. However, once you complete this part and obtain the bell, then you will be able to battle the guardian for your Suicune. Keep in mind that it will be guaranteed with three wins after obtaining the bell. If you have any questions or would like further clarification, please let me know. -

Hello @Keponhak. The NPC that you are referring to will trade you a Macho Brace if you have none in your inventory and at least 18 real-days have passed since you last purchased one from them. According to our database, you currently have 1 Macho Brace in your inventory, so this is what is preventing you from purchasing another, assuming you also meet the other requirement.
