  2. Hello @Keponhak. The NPC that you are referring to will trade you a Macho Brace if you have none in your inventory and at least 18 real-days have passed since you last purchased one from them. According to our database, you currently have 1 Macho Brace in your inventory, so this is what is preventing you from purchasing another, assuming you also meet the other requirement. Please let me know if you have other questions.
  3. Hello. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As you've noticed, the servers have crashed. Rest assured, the Developers have been notified of the current server issues and are actively working on finding a solution. I understand it may be frustrating, but please be patient while we work to resolve this. Thank you for your understanding.
  4. Hello @Infamousro. According to our database, this account has never owned Suicune. Are you sure this is the account you caught it in? Could it perhaps be a different account you caught it on and are simply misremembering?
  5. Ok, I see. My mistake. Instead of mailing it, can you try trading it directly to your other account? You can open two clients and log into your two accounts and trade between them. Alternatively, you can find a friend to serve as a middle-man to trade it to you. If you do pick this route, be very careful with who does it and make sure to take screenshots of everything that will serve as proof.
  6. Hello. My apologies for the inconveniences you have experienced. It is important for us that all players can have fun and enjoy the game without crashing. With that being said, crashes are a part of every game and we can never fully be rid of them. After the December update, it is no secret that the game was very laggy and was crashing often, that has since been remedied, but nonetheless, sometimes it will still happen. Unfortunately, this is something that we don't have full control over. Ever since the update, our Dev team has been working tirelessly to find out the source of the issues and resolve them. Luckily, they managed to fix most of the issues, but some players are still reporting they are facing issues. Rest assured, I will let the Devs know that you are having these problems as well. Additionally, the auto-move bug is also something the Dev team are aware of. I can't give you an exact date or even a timeframe of when it will be fixed, but the Dev team does know about it. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

You put in the request to restore it and then recaught it yourself and then restored the IVs on it. Since you chose to take the path of recovering it yourself, we cannot offer anything to you.   18. Hello @Shynobionwii. First off, welcome to the game. We will be looking into your case and discussing it internally. In the meantime, please do not trade away your Halloween Haunter Mount. If you do, then I’m afraid any type of refund will be immediately denied. Although that may be the case, keep in mind that you are able sell said mount and purchase the Halloween Gengar Mount, if you so wish. However, to be able to trade, you will need the Rainbow Badge which can be acquired by defeating the Celadon City Gym. Only after that is this option possible. Until then, we will look to see if a refund is in order.

  20. Hello. My apologies for the late response. It appears you never completed this quest on this account, and therefore, you cannot use the Transmat system. You may be confusing it with another account where you did clear the quest. Either way, there is no bug. Please let me know if you have other questions.
  21. Hello. The server was experiencing some turbulence, but it seems to have calmed down now. However, after every major update, like the one we just had, it is normal, and somewhat expected, that crashes happen. There may be more crashes for a little while longer as Devs work to stabilize the servers. We ask for your patience and understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  22. Hello @Abuser. My apologies for the inconvenience. Generally, following an update, it's expected that the servers aren't too stable, especially considering the size of this update and the changes that came with it. It seems to me that the servers are more stable now, but crashes are always a possibility. I would recommend not doing anything too important that can be lost to a server crash until the servers become stable enough to where you're comfortable doing such things.
