  2. Hello @Azendak123. My apologies for the inconvenience. This situation may result from various different reasons. Based on what I see, it may have been one of our proxy servers having issues or even being down altogether. Alternatively, it may have been a connection error on your side due to poor connection. Regardless, Silver is working just fine now and I see you have logged in since making this post. Am I right to assume you are no longer facing this issue?

  4. Hello, sorry for the delay. You currently do not possess any Bell that is required to catch the Legendary Beasts. You obtain this bell by completing the quest related to them. Here is a quest guide if you would like to use it. Since you do not have this bell, there is no way for you to have caught any of the Legendary Beasts. However, once you complete this part and obtain the bell, then you will be able to battle the guardian for your Suicune. Keep in mind that it will be guaranteed with three wins after obtaining the bell. If you have any questions or would like further clarification, please let me know.

Now, just to make sure, you have disabled the sound, not just reduced the volume, correct? Aside from that, can you walk me through what happens step-by-step?

  13. Hello @Keponhak. The NPC that you are referring to will trade you a Macho Brace if you have none in your inventory and at least 18 real-days have passed since you last purchased one from them. According to our database, you currently have 1 Macho Brace in your inventory, so this is what is preventing you from purchasing another, assuming you also meet the other requirement.   15. Hello @Infamousro. According to our database, this account has never owned Suicune. Are you sure this is the account you caught it in? Could it perhaps be a different account you caught it on and are simply misremembering?
  16. Ok, I see. My mistake. Instead of mailing it, can you try trading it directly to your other account? You can open two clients and log into your two accounts and trade between them. Alternatively, you can find a friend to serve as a middle-man to trade it to you. If you do pick this route, be very careful with who does it and make sure to take screenshots of everything that will serve as proof.
  17. Hello. My apologies for the inconveniences you have experienced. It is important for us that all players can have fun and enjoy the game without crashing. With that being said, crashes are a part of every game and we can never fully be rid of them. After the December update, it is no secret that the game was very laggy and was crashing often, that has since been remedied, but nonetheless, sometimes it will still happen. Unfortunately, this is something that we don't have full control over. Ever since the update, our Dev team has been working tirelessly to find out the source of the issues and resolve them. Luckily, they managed to fix most of the issues, but some players are still reporting they are facing issues. Rest assured, I will let the Devs know that you are having these problems as well. Additionally, the auto-move bug is also something the Dev team are aware of. I can't give you an exact date or even a timeframe of when it will be fixed, but the Dev team does know about it. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

  20. Hello. Due to the closeness surrounding your situation, we were willing to restore the Manaphy. This was prior to you re-catching your Manaphy. You put in the request to restore it and then recaught it yourself and then restored the IVs on it. Since you chose to take the path of recovering it yourself, we cannot offer anything to you.
