  1. Hello @Abuser. Seems like you've started the Pinkan Island quest recently, is that correct? If so, then this is the cause behind the disappearance. When you enter Pinkan Island Forest, the Ranger NPC will take away all your Pokeballs. Upon completion of the quest, the Ranger will return any Pokeballs when you speak with him. Hope that clears things up. If you have further questions, please let me know.

  5. Hello. My apologies for the late response. The Developer team is aware of these issues with the Linux client, however, they have not had time to look into it. But as soon as they do, they will release a working client so you can play again. As soon as a Linux client is released, I will let you know. Please be just a little more patient.

  7. Hello, So sorry you haven’t received any official word yet on the status of the Linux client. The Dev team is fully aware of the issues facing Linux users and will provide a client shortly after finishing up some work regarding the recent update to Generation IX. I understand that you may be frustrated over not being able to play and wasted time during the event, but it’s solely in the hands of Devs and their time. All I can help you with is letting you know I personally tagged them and informed them of the issue, they did respond, but as I said, they are working on critical work following the latest update. As soon as a working Linux client is released, I will be quick to let you know. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know.

  12. There was an error in which the NPC was giving 100 Event Tokens. However, that was fixed to give the correct amount, which is 10 Event Coins. The 100 Tokens were converted to 10 Coins, as this was the intended reward.

  15. Hello @Ram17. I have restored all your released level 100 Pokémon. I've also gone ahead and restore any released Pokémon above level 50, as I believe most of them are useful. However, if you are still missing any important Pokémon you want to recover, please let me know.

  18. Hello @Gumbinoash. My apologies for the late response. What you are describing is intended. Since event islands are counted as Kanto, any Pokémon caught on them are also considered Kanto. So, if you return to another region, in your case Johto, in which you have not yet received the 8th gym badge, it will be region locked since the player does not meet the requirements to use Pokémon from the previous region yet. However, in the rare cases this does happen, Staff are able to assist players by removing these region-locked Pokémon from their party and into their PC. For those requests, please use the Pokémon Stuck in Party megathread. Hope that clarifies things. If you have further questions, please let me know.
  19. As stated, you purchased a Reroll Ticket(IV), not a Nature Reroll Ticket. There is no history of you purchasing a Nature Reroll Ticket from any PvE Shop, so we cannot restore or refund that. You've since traded away both Reroll Tickets, so even if that were a mistake, we cannot restore that either, since it is no longer in your possession.
  20. Hello, It may be that you've already started the quest, so Paul is currently not there. Try going to Oldale Town and/or Littleroot Town and see if you spot any Team Galactic members. If you do, that means you have already started the quest, but have not finished it. Here is a guide, should you need one. Let me know if this solves it or if you have any further questions
