Hello @Mactonight. My apologies for the late response. Punk Jackets are part of the PvE Coin Shop. Normally, these items are not tradable. However, each month, a select few items from this shop are made tradable. You will have to wait until they are selected to be able to buy/sell them. The tradable PvE Coin Shop items are announced in the PRO Discord server in the monthly update announcement. Let me know if you have further questions.

You can merge from the Dashboard as well. Years ago, Red and Blue were combined and named Silver. Players were supposed to select the server they had the most progress on, since you have 0 progress on both Red and Blue, you can pick whichever you prefer; it won't make a difference.
