  1. Hello @Colinah. Sorry for the late response. This NPC is intended to disappear after battling him, regardless of the outcome of the battle. Your next step now should be to challenge the Cerulean City Gym to obtain the Cascade Badge. Once that is obtained, the police officer blocking the way will allow you to pass so you may continue onto Vermilion City for the third badge. Make sure to grab the SS Anne ticket from Bill in Route 25 before leaving Cerulean City as this item is needed to progress the story in Vermilion City.   3. Hello. I've put the request through, so it's not something in my hands as it requires involvement from the Dev team, who are extremely busy every day. Retrieving a Pokémon given to an NPC isn't simple, so please keep your attitude to yourself. I understand you may be frustrated, but lashing out won't help your case.
  4. Hello @Joyboybr. According to our database, you have not completed the part of the quest centered around Pinkan Island Woodlands. Seems you have missed several trees in there. Remember to check both the East and West sides of the woodlands. Please return there and try to find the remaining trees and let me know how it goes. If, by any chance, you do not find any trees you can interact with, please reply back with screenshots so I can verify they are not there for you.

  6. Hello @Shishagames. This happens because the game doesn't allow for players to use uppercase letter while the wiki is case sensitive with the pages. So, using your example, the page name is Arcanine Mount (quest), but when linked in chat by a player it becomes arcanine mount (quest). So, the Wiki looks for a page named arcanine mount (quest) and, because it is case sensitive, it does not find one and does not bring the player to the desired page. The way the chats currently work means there's no way to avoid this, other than sending the links through PMs since those allow for use of capitalization. However, you are encouraged to suggest your ideas for the game via the Suggestions subforum. I hope I have clarified the issue enough and if you have further questions, please let me know.

You accidentally deleted your Milotic Mount via your inventory, but you should have been given this warning when trying to do so: Despite that warning, you still proceeded and must have clicked the yes option. I must admit I'm finding it hard to understand how it was accidental.
  8. Hello @P1t. According to our database, this account has never owned the item "Choice Specs" at any point. Are you perhaps thinking of a different account? Was there perhaps a server crash during that time?

We did not, however, restore the Glalitite since you have not done the quest on that account. Check your inventory and confirm your Alakazite is there and no other item is missing, and let me know.

Can you go to one of these locations and try claiming an Exp. Share and let me know if you can claim one?   14. Hello @Decry1337. My apologies for the late response. It seems you do not have the Mega Bracelet item. Therefore, you are unable to receive any Mega stones. In order to get the Mega Bracelet, you must complete a short quest in Vermilion City Library. Here is a guide on the Mega Bracelet quest, if you should need it. Unfortunately, the Easter event is over, so you are now unable to obtain the Kangaskhanite if you did not complete the quest. You will have to wait until next years Easter event to complete the quest and claim your prize. However, if you did complete the quest, you can receive the Kangaskhanite from Assistant Theodore after completing the Mega Bracelet quest.   17. Hello @Mizki. Please accept my apologies for the late response. The short answer is no, there is no way for players to check the last ID number. However, after speaking with Professor Oak, you can immediately go to Route 1 and catch a random Pokémon to then use as comparison for any Charmander you purchase. If the ID of the Charmander is lower than your newly caught Pokémon then it is more than likely that it is too old and therefore inadmissible for Oak. But, if the ID is higher, then it is very clearly a newer Charmander and so Oak will accept it. I hope this helps and let me know if you have any further questions.

None of this was your fault and it has now been fixed. The items taken by Buck have been returned to you now. Please verify that and get back to me.

  25. Hello, Despite the Dashboard saying it would take 48 hours for a username request to be processed, unfortunately, that is no longer accurate. This is because the team responsible for username requests, the Game Master team, is currently severely understaffed and has a huge backlog of work. Due to the nature of there work, they focus on higher-priority duties and can only process username changes when they find free time. Speaking of which, remember that all Staff are volunteers who devote their own time and energy to the game. Be it work, family, school, or another reason, we have many responsibilities in and out of the game, and with a limited team, there is only so much we can do. None of this is your fault of course, and all I can do is offer my apologies, but I do hope you can understand.
