  2. Hello @Aletius. My apologies for the late response. I can see how it can become confusing with all the icons and symbols that mean different things, but I will explain it all. Grass means it can be found on Land. Water means it can be found by Surfing. Water with Rod normally means it can be found by Surfing and Fishing. Sometimes it means Fishing only. To know for sure what spawns where and by which method, I recommend using the Reborn Discord bot. You can find this bot inside the Official PRO Discord server. Alternatively, you can use the PROWiki to search for maps and Pokémon to see where they spawn. Let me know if you have further questions.

  7. Hello @Dankcat. My apologies for the late response. Whimsicott is able to learn the move Switcheroo via the Egg Move tutor found inside every Daycare. In order to unlock the daycares, you will need to defeat Naero boss inside Cerulean Cave under any difficulty. Note that each move learned through the Egg Move tutor will cost 10k. They were made untradable for a reason and obliging your request would defeat that purpose. Not to mention that if we do it for you, we'd have to do it for everyone else that asks. This would create an unmanageable and unnecessary amount of work. I'm sure this isn't the response you were hoping for, but please try to understand. Take care.

  11. Hello @Jadeash. As it stands, the Wiki is operated by regular players with the information they find out by themselves. Therefore, it is reasonable to expect some missing or outdated data. In this case, I've found nothing that suggests Battlebot's Shaymin-Sky has another move aside from Air Slash. As a result, it only displays Air Slash. I suggest not to look for realism in a Pokémon game; won't be fun. If you do happen to find information about its moveset, you can message me on Discord and I'll be more than willing to update the wiki. If you think a change should be made, feel free to create a post on our Suggestions subforum.

  14. Hello @Kalliskivi. My apologies for the late response. This is simply an issue of latency with the Trainer Card. The coins are given, but it takes some time for the Trainer Card to properly display the new amount. There are two solutions to this, either wait a few minutes for the change to happen, or logout and log back in to force the change. Hope that clears things up. In order to evolve your Sneasel, you will need to use a Mysterious Candy on it while it hold the Razor Claw item and while it is nighttime in-game, which is from the Poketime of 20:00 to 3:59. You can purchase a Mysterious Candy from any Department Store, PvE Shop, or PvP Shop for 5,000 pokedollars, 2 PvE Coins, or 1 PvP Coin, respectively. I hope this helps you out.   19. Hello @Sascha21. My apologies for the late response. When you remove the clothes or accessories your character is wearing, they are sent to the Customizations tab in your inventory. If you open your inventory, you can find them there. By clicking them within your inventory, they will be placed onto your character. Hope that clears things up.   20. Hello @Smr12. My apologies for the delayed response. This happens when your antivirus deletes files needed to open the client. To solve this, you can either temporarily disable your antivirus and launch the game or add PRO to your antivirus' whitelist. Either of the two options should solve the issue and let you launch and play the game. Let me know if you manage to resolve it or if you continue to have issues.

  25. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm what you're saying is true. Our records show you only purchased one 30d MS and the dates aren't matching up. Therefore, we cannot take any action. I'm sure this isn't the response you were hoping for, but please try to understand.
