  3. Hello @Muajun1. Have you perhaps started, but not finished, the Heatran quest? During this quest, the Buck NPC will remove any Rare Candy and Master Ball(s) you currently have. He will return them once you complete the quest and speak with him again. If this is not the case, please let me know. If you'd prefer to use your native language, please do so. We will make the necessary translations.

  12. Hello @Xiuyiva91c. My apologies for the late response. For stone evolutions, you need to click the stone in your inventory then click the desired Pokémon. Making them hold the item won't do anything. Let me know if you are able to evolve them this way.
  13. Hello @Vera097. My apologies for the late response. The Officer Jenny in Vermilion City serves a different purpose from the other Officer Jenny's that give out bounties to players. The Vermilion City Officer Jenny is for the Pinkan Island quest. When this quest is completed, her name won't change color, like the Jenny's that offer bounties do. Hope that clears some things up. Let me know if you have further questions or want further clarification.

  16. Hello @Kalafina. My apologies for the late response. Can you try lowering the happiness of your Buneary by having it lose to a wild Pokémon, close the game completely, re-launch it, then raise the happiness to 255 again? Please let me know if these steps solve the issue or not.

  23. Hello @Codix. This happens occasionally when you lose connection to the server, but it still thinks you're in the game. The solution to this is simply to wait a minute or two and then attempt to login again. I see you're currently online, so I take it that the issue was fixed?
