Unfortunately, we cannot confirm what you're saying is true. Our records show you only purchased one 30d MS and the dates aren't matching up. Therefore, we cannot take any action. I'm sure this isn't the response you were hoping for, but please try to understand.

Hello @Onelast. Sorry for the late response. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to revert what has happened. However, you can take your Oddish to a Move Relearner to re-teach your Oddish Mega Drain. In Kanto, you can find the Move Relearners in Cerulean City and in Saffron City. They will charge you 2,000 per move you relearn. Hope that clears things up. If you have another question, please let me know.

Hello @Marcosdm1771996. Sorry for the late response. Snorlax can learn the move Curse via the Egg Move tutor found within every daycare. To unlock the Daycares, you will first need to defeat Naero boss inside Cerulean Cave in any difficulty. Once unlocked, you can enter the daycares and speak with the man behind the desk and he will offer to teach your Pokémon Egg Moves, or, in other words, moves they'd normally learn through breeding, at a price of 15k per move. Hope this clears things up for you. If you have any further questions, please let me know. Continue to use Spanish if you are more comfortable using it, we will make the necessary translations.

Can you try making it faint against a wild Pokémon, then maxing out its happiness again? If that does not work, try having it faint against a wild Pokémon, then close your client, relaunch it, and max it out again. If neither of those work, please let me know.

I can see how it is confusing, but the two maps are there for the quest. Sometimes, a quest requires two identical maps, one which becomes unavailable when the quest is complete, after completing a certain part of a quest, or can only be accessed one time during the quest. There are many Pokémon that only some people have as they were exclusive to previous limited timed events, such as Wooloo, Falinks, Guzzlord, etc. Exclusive Pokémon, items or skins are a part of the game and will likely remain that way.

Hello @Eocc. My apologies for the late response. It is possible this was just a visual bug, as according to our database, you currently have 159 Rare Candy. Your trade logs show that you successfully traded all 100 Rare Candy away, so don't worry about a possible scam. Does your inventory still display 259?
