Hello @twetty. You can change the form of your Volcanion by speaking with Captain Murphy in Eriyadu Town. Keep in mind you cannot revert the change once it has been made. Hopefully this resolves your issue.

Hello @goldgrant16. Apologies for the late reply. When doing the Heatran quest, Buck will take all your Rare Candy and Master Balls. Buck will return them all, once you have completed the quest. Hello @Pedrawr. Apologies for the inconvenience. The issue stems from your antivirus deleting some of the files needed to play the game. Could you try deleting all your PRO files (this includes the ones in the Recycle Bin) and temporarily disabling your antivirus? Afterwards, redownload the game. Hopefully this resolves your issue.
