Hello @XDzin. Apologies for the late reply. We thought it had something to do with Levitate and Sand-Attack being a Ground type move, but after thoroughly testing this, nothing was found out of the ordinary. It appears to be just extremely bad luck. Nevertheless, we appreciate you reporting this.

Hello @Joretore. If it is Cloyster that is using the move, then the reason it always hits 5 times is due to its ability Skill Link. Skill link causes all multi-hit moves to always hit 5 times. Hopefully this clears up your concern. If you have more questions, let me know.

Hello @MaxouGrosBidou. Apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately, this is not something we can do. If you wish to play on silver with multiple accounts, you can register 3 additional accounts, 4 being the maximum accounts allowed per person. What you could do is, create another account, trade all the items and Pokémon from your gold account to the new one, then transfer via the dashboard. This way, you can have all the items and Pokémon on Silver, but you would have to start again with the new account.

Hello @benrobot04. Apologies for the inconvenience. Have you perhaps started, but not finished, the Heatran quest? While doing this quest, the NPC Buck will take all your Rare Candy and Master Balls until you complete the quest. After completing the quest, speaking to him will restore the items he took.

I consulted with our Content Scripters and it seems you have passed this step of the quest already. You should be on the first Kyurem battle. Could you check if it is there? Here is a guide in case you get stuck.

Since you used the Reroll before the NPC was implemented, there is no way to restore those IVs. It is an unfortunate situation to be in, but please try to understand. I'm sorry that we cannot assist you further.
