Hello @Weaselbjones. We no longer offer de-leveling, since the addition of the Mysterious Candy renders it needless. Mysterious Candy will evolve a level 100 Pokémon that can evolve and meets all its evolution requirements. You can purchase Mysterious Candy from the PvE Coin shop, the PvP Coin shop, or any Department Store. If you have further questions or another issue, don't hesitate to ask. -

Hello @GhostWit. Apologies for the late reply. Your transferred on December 18th, meaning your free monthly transfer will be available on January 18th. Remember that time zones are in play, so the time may be slightly different. Hopefully this resolves your issue.

Chronos is a former staff member, and as explained above, that Shiny Mewtwo is a reward for being a staff member for a certain amount of time. There has been no hacking from him whatsoever. Hello @Akireko. Apologies for the late reply. I regret to inform you that we do not offer this kind of service. You will need to obtain the Rainbow Badge, in Celadon City, with Aryey to be able to trade the mount to that account. -

Hello @Pisquillindo. Apologies for the late reply. Since you only need the seen data of Rayquaza, losing against it does not matter. You already have its seen data and can continue the quest normally. If you find yourself struggling with the quest, here is a guide.
