Sorry for the delay. The image you're showing isn't the spot where Cloud Nine is needed. Seems to me you've already done that, which not makes Cloud Nine unnecessary. Can you try going through there with a team full of Fire-type Pokémon?

Hello @Awefull. My apologies for the inconvenience. Tyrunt evolves after reaching level 39 and leveling up during daytime. A Mysterious Candy should work if you use it during daytime. Note that daytime is from the Poketime hours of 10:00-19:59. Click the item in your inventory, then select Tyrunt. If the Mysterious Candy is not working, please provide screenshots or a video of you using said candy on your Tyrunt and it not working.

Hello @Alyson02. My apologies for the inconvenience. I think I see where the confusion stems from. Gym Leaders cannot be re-battled for their gym badge, so you can’t simply fight the same leader 8 times to unlock your Pokémon. However, they are re-challengeable after you’ve completed the Elite Four of said region. In order to unlock your Pokémon from the previous region, you will have the best all the Gym Leaders in the current region you’re in. So, for example, if you finished Kanto and entered Johto, your Kanto Pokémon will be locked in your PC until you defeat the Blackthorn City Gym—the 8th Johto gym. I hope this clears things up. If you want to remove all the members and disband the guild, you can use the command /gkick <username> to remove every member, including Officers, whether they are online or not. If you simply want to demote them, then they will have to be online for you to be able to demote them. Regarding your guild thread, do you still want that to be removed?

Hello @Tuli. My apologies for the late response. Currently, the Lava Cookie item is not coded. That is why it does not work. There is no ETA for when it will be coded, but when it is, it will be announced in the Update Logs. In its stead, you can use a Full Heal or a Lum Berry, both of these items have the same function as the Lava Cookie. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hello @Blkryu. My apologies for the late response. Ever since the implementation of the item Mysterious Candy, Staff do not offer de-leveling services anymore. The Mysterious Candy item triggers an evolution of a Pokémon if it has met all its evolutionary requirements. It will not work for trade, stone, or happiness evolutions, however. In this case, Sneasel requires holding a Razor Claw and the day cycle must be at night(20:00-3:59 PokéTime). You can purchase a Mysterious Candy at any Department Store, PvE Shop, or PvP Shop for 5k Pokédollars, 2 PvE Coins, or 1 PvP Coin, respectively. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hello, sorry for the delay. Seems I was the one confused. What you bought with 250k is Casino Chips, which are used to play Quack Jack. Playing Quack Jack can earn you Casino Points, which you can then exchange for prizes. The terminology can be a bit confusing, but that is how it is. Hope that clears things up.
