Due to the simplicity of this visual bug and it’s non-existent impact on gameplay, it is a very low priority fix and will likely take a long time to fix. However, you can circumvent this by rearranging the setup of your windows. The move info popup should display properly in a different area of your screen. Let me know if you have further questions.

It is not allowed. Random Ranked follows the same PvP rules as Normal Ranked does. My previous statement, though correct at the time, is now outdated and wrong. You are only allowed one account in Top 25 in both servers.

Sorry for the delay. What you're suggesting is highly unlikely. Unless you have some sort of proof that the window for the new IVs did not pop up, we cannot confirm you actually did not get it. For example, there is no way for us to not know you could have just not liked the IVs and now claim there is a bug. Not accusing you of anything, just a possible scenario that we must consider. So, unfortunately, we cannot refund the Reroll in any way.

Hello @Coad. In order to claim any Mega Stone, you first need to have a Mega Bracelet. The quest to get the Mega Bracelet can be found in Vermilion City Library. You simply need to show Assistant Theodore a Pokémon with the following conditions: Level 100. Has your OT. Has the ability to mega-evolve. Has maximum happiness. Has maximum EVs, which is 510. These can be in any stat, as long as it is 510. Then, once you have the bracelet, you will receive the Salamencite. Hope this clears things up. Let me know if you have further questions.

Sorry for the delay. According to our database, you’ve already used the Reroll on your Rsa16 account. Is your issue that, when using the reroll, the IVs didn’t change?

Hello @Migzmigz. Unfortunately, we cannot de-evolve your Glaceon back to Eevee. This is because we currently do not have an actual way of devolving Pokémon. Furthermore, it would be unfair to previous requests who’ve been denied. Though this may not be the outcome you hoped for, please try to understand. Take care.
