There are many reasons why it may take a while for a Staff member to reply to an appeal. Out-of-game responsibilities. Staff are all volunteers who do this one their free time out of love for the game. We all have real-world responsibilities such as work, school, family, etc. There are many players who also need replying to. Staff members handle several users at the same time. With our limited time, this unfortunately means some get a later response than others. Investigations are required. Depending on your case and the additional information you’ve provided, it may take some time for the Staff member to full investigate and find out the truth. Hello, sorry for the late response. In order to trade, both parties must have at least the 4th Kanto badge(Rainbow Badge from Celadon City) and must be within the same Pokécenter. Then, you can either right click the player and click the Trade option or you can use the command /trade username. This will send a trade request to the other player and if they accept, then the trade window will pop up. In this window, you can drag Pokémon or items into it to trade. There is also a box near the Accept button where you can insert the money you wish to trade. Once you both have added all that you want to trade, click accept, and then accept again. We always recommend taking screenshots of any trades, so you have evidence in case something happens. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.

Hello, First off, welcome to the game! I hope you’re enjoying it so far. I would recommend using a Gyarados. Not only does it have great stats, but it can learn many good moves, making it strong with good coverage. The main driving point is the move Dragon Dance, which raises the Atk and Speed by 1 stage(50%) each. With this move, you can boost yourself and sweep every Elite Four member and the Champion. It’s a good investment for the later parts of Kanto. With that being said, above all, I suggest using your favorite Pokémon. As a side note, I’d recommend not evolving your Pokémon too early. As the current EXP system stands, evolving your Pokémon makes it harder to level them since they take more EXP per level than their un-evolved forms. Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, there is no way to translate the game to French or any other language. We also currently have no plans to make that possible. This is due to the sheer amount of work that would be needed to translate the entire game into several languages and proofread said translations. However, you can join a French-only chat by using the command “/cgjoin French” in any chat. If you can’t see the chat, click the wrench icon in the bottom right of your screen to open chat settings. Here, you can enable, disable, add, or remove chats. Un-check one of the default chats and check the French chat and you should then be able to see it. Let me know if you have further questions.

The Developers are aware of this bug already, hopefully there will be a fix soon. Unfortunately, that Toxic Orb is forever lost. However, there are other ways of obtaining one. A level up isn’t needed. As soon as you hit 255 happiness during daytime(10:00-19:59) , it will trigger the evolution. A recording will help prove that you’re doing the process correctly and prove if there’s a bug we need to look into. This process has worked for everyone else, so if you’re saying it doesn’t work for you, we need evidence it isn’t.

Sorry for the delay. According to our database, you did not save all three NPCs, only one. You have to bring all three NPCs to a checkpoint for them to be considered saved. You’ll have to attempt the dungeon again and bring the other two to a checkpoint.

Hello @Kapseww. My apologies for the late response. Opening more than one client to trade with yourself is completely allowed. Whether it’s for trade evolutions or something else, it is allowed. What is not allowed is doing ranked PvP matches with yourself, both normal and random. In addition, if you not want to open more than one client, you can always request Staff to assist you with your trade evolutions. For this, you can make a request in the Trade Evolutions megathread or in the #request-chat in the PRO Discord server.

Hello @Lacunoir. My apologies for the inconvenience. Happiness evolutions trigger the moment the happiness reaches 255. After that, the Pokémon has to reach 255 again. So, you will need to lower its happiness(usually done by having it faint against a wild Pokémon), then have it reach 255 again. In Riolu's case, this has to be done during daytime as well. Sometimes, there is a need to close your client and retry the process. Can you tell me in which way you fainted the Riolu?

Hello, sorry for the delay. We do not reset quest progress for anyone. After some investigation, it seems you did not fight the Dialga in Eterna City and the Arceus in Spear Pillar. You will need to do fight both of them and then you can proceed with your quest normally. Please try that and get back to me.

Hello @Linhsupper2623. My apologies for the late response. The hints given out by the NPCs are randomized. You could get the same hint 3 times or you could get 3 different hints. This is how it was designed so that it's not too easy to always find the Treasure Room. Sometimes, you will just have to take a guess and hope the hole you pick leads to the Treasure Room. Hello @Xisaaccrazyx. My apologies for the late response. Regarding the Cindy NPC, can you try to rescue her once more? As for Reshiram, the Light Stone is a random drop for completing the Dungeon. It can take you one try or ten tries, but it is completely luck-based. You'll need to keep doing the Dungeon until you get the Light Stone. Once you do have it, climb up Dragonspiral Tower in Evergreen Island Village and you will be able to battle and catch Reshiram. If you have further questions, please let me know.
