Hello @Fawi. My apologies for the inconvenience. Please try closing your client completely, relaunch the game, and then use the Mysterious Candy on your Piplup once more. Let me know if this fixes your issue or if it persists.

Hello @Joker786. My apologies for the confusion. During the Heatran quest, the NPC Buck will take away all your Rare Candy and Master Ball(s) until you've completed the quest. If you do not complete it, then he will keep the items until you have done so. Once completed, he will return the items when spoken to. Since you have not completed the quest, your Rare Candy are being withheld by Buck. I hope this clears things up. If not, or if you have further questions, please let me know.

It looks like you traded x1 Big MS Medallion to Tokopedia on the 11th of October. Does this trade sound familiar? Is it perhaps the same medallion you're looking for?

If you do not recall, an approximation will suffice. When did you first notice it was missing? Can you provide a screenshot of your inventory when you try to search for the missing MS?

Hello @SnappyWNL. In order for earn another chance at capturing Articuno, you’ll need to defeat Nikola boss, who can be found in Unknown Place, Trainers Valley. After defeating Nikola, select Articuno from the options he gives you, and Articuno will respawn in the same location it originally spawned in. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hello @Salesluiz. Can you try speaking to Dr. Neumann inside the Kitchen of the S.S. Anne? He will ask you to bring a Pecha Berry to Jenson(the NPC you're speaking to). One of which can be found inside one of the trash cans within the kitchen, if you do not already have one in your inventory. After giving Jenson a Pecha Berry, he will tell you to find Blissey in the Ballroom to receive the potion needed to heal the Captain. Hope this clarifies things. Hello @Goublon. My apologies for the inconvenience. The solution All chat gave you works only for Pokémon that evolve through happiness. Gible is not one of those, so that solution wouldn’t work. Can you try completely closing your client, relaunching it, then leveling up your gible once more and see if you receive the evolution prompt? In addition, even if your Gible reaches level 100 without evolving, you can force the evolution through the use of a Mysterious Candy. Hello @Tengrikun. My apologies for the late response. This bug is purely visual and has no impact on the actual level of the Pokémon. The level displayed after the battle is the correct one. The Developers are aware of this bug, but it’s hard to say when it will be addressed since there are more pressing matters to attend to. If you have further questions, please let me know.
