  1. Hello @Play00boy

You are violating auction rules, you cannot hold someone's offer as a best offer outside of an auction to attract better offers:

    Quote

    Trade Rules

    6. Offers received outside of an auction cannot be:

Claimed or used as current or best offer.

Used as a starting bid without the buyer's permission.

You can either accept or decline the offer, do not hold it as a best offer/current offer.

The offer is also a fake one which has been handled appropriately.

You are also serving a trade ban, you are unable to make any trades for the time being, check on your Dashboard when this will be lifted.

As you have not fully understood the Auction and Trade rules as requested, I will remind you again before finding yourself breaking more trade rules.

I will now lock this thread.

    Take care,
    Manbat.

  2. Hello @Ombro29

The 1.6m and 1.7m offers are invalid as there is no evidence. As stated in the Auction Rules:

    Quote

    Auction Rules
    2
. All bids must be acknowledged, and all current/best offers must be publicly announced with the bidder's username and bid amount.

    - In-game: This applies to every trade post related to the auction. Evidence of all bids received must be made and kept, to be made available upon Staff request. Timestamps are preferred.

    - Forum: This applies to every in-game bid received, and must be acknowledged in the auction thread with a screenshot. Timestamps are preferred.

This does not apply to bids received on the forum.

Bids made on Discord are not valid or accepted.

    - Accepting known false bids (from alternative account, friend, guildmate, etc) is prohibited.

Also, there is no minimum bid in your auction, you cannot add this to your auction once it has already started:

    Quote

    Auction Rules

. Insta Prices, Minimum Raises and Accepted Payments are optional, however, if set, must be announced in public, and cannot be changed, negotiated or added once:

    - In-game: The auction has been announced.

    - Forum: The auction has started.

There is no minimum bid for this auction and the current offer is still 1.5m, please read the Auction Rules.

    Take care,
    Manbat.

  3. Hello @Alikhan111

You have overbumped your thread an absurd amount of times over the past few hours, you are only allowed to bump your thread once every 24 hours, there is no need to say "alright" "ty" "noted" "gotcha" after every single bid.

You have been warned, please read the Forum Rules:

    7. In appeals, complaints and trade posts you are allowed a bump every 24 hours.

  4. Hello @Ash14122003

There is a lot wrong with your auction here, multiple Auction Rules were broken.

You ended your auction too early, the end point is final and must be honoured:

    Quote

    Auction Rules
    9. End point is final and must be honoured.

    - Forum: If a bid is received in the final 15 minutes of the auction, the end point will be delayed by 15 minutes from that bid, and will be delayed by 15 minutes for each new bid thereafter, until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes. Must be accurate to the minute that the auction is set to end.

e.g. If the auction ends at 15:00, it will end at 15:00:00. If a late bid is received in the final 15 minutes, at 14:46, the auction will end at 15:01. If another user bids at 15:00, the auction will be extended again, and will end at 15:15, this will be repeated until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes.
e.g. If the auction ends at 15:00:00, bids are valid until 14:59:59 and no later.

There is question over the legitimacy of the bids received as there is no evidence for every bid, for example, you have told people the c.o is 1.940k with no evidence to back it up. It's your responsibility to manage your auction correctly.

This applies to the change of price on the Nature Reroll Tickets from 250k -> 225k and adding  Rare Candy/BMS into your accepted payments.

An auction as mishandled as this would normally be reversed and extended to allow for a fair outcome, however, in this case it is not possible, I apologise to any bidders who were hoping the auction would be fixed, it's just not possible.

@Ash14122003 you have been punished, please read the Auction Rules to avoid further punishment in the future.

    Take care,
    Manbat.

  5. Hello @Solivagant

You did not honour the 15 minute extention which is triggered when a bid is received within the last 15 minutes of an auction. As stated in the Auction Rules:

    Quote

    Auction Rules
    9. End point is final and must be honoured.

    - In-game: End points cannot be extended for any reason, and must be accurate to the second that the auction is set to end. It is recommended to use timestamps to manage your auction correctly.

e.g. If the auction ends at 15:00:00, bids are valid until 14:59:59 and no later.

    - Forum: If a bid is received in the final 15 minutes of the auction, the end point will be delayed by 15 minutes from that bid, and will be delayed by 15 minutes for each new bid thereafter, until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes.

You cannot opt out of this rule, it's an offical PRO rule that all auctioneers must follow.

As you have broken this auction rule, you have been punished, please read the Auction Rules.

My apologies to @Swer4412 for the inconvenience caused, the auction is not able to be reversed.

I will now lock this thread, take care.
    Manbat.

  6. Hello @Dasnowman

The only extentions allowed are per the 15 minute rule as stated in the Auction Rules:

    Quote

If another user bids at 15:00, the auction will be extended again, and will end at 15:15, this will be repeated until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes.

Your auction could go on for weeks or months if we allowed this kind of extention, if someone bids by 1 Pokedollars it would be extended by another 24 hours, I read your opening post as "24 hours after first bid" since it looked like a mistake as the other isn't logical and against the Auction Rules.

Auctions need to have a specific end point like "24 hours after first bid" "24 hours as of this post" or an exact point in time, which can be extended only by the 15 minute extention if a bid is received within the last 15 minutes of the auction.

As this was a mistake on your end, the auction start point will be assumed from the starting offer and ended 24 hours from that post, which makes @Pepemelenas the winner with the last valid bid.

    Take care,
    Manbat.

  7. Hello @Lacomus

The winner of the auction is @Suncity

My apologies for the previous post, I announced the wrong winner, I took the wrong time stamp. Naz20 is not the winner.

As the auction started at 05/05/2023 18:02pm gmt+0 bids can only be accepted up until 06/05/2023 18:01:59 gmt+0.

We do not have access to seconds on the forum.

I hope this clears things up, take care.

    Manbat.

  9. Hello @Dasnowman

You cannot change any parameters of your auction once it has started, this includes minimum raise as stated in the Auction Rules:

Immortalx is also not the winner of the Larvitar auction, it is @Pepemelenas with the 1.8m bid as this was the last valid bid within the 24 hour time frame, further bids are not considered.

@Darksoul56 is the rightful winner of the Loppuny auction and the Chespin outcome is correct too.

Please read the Auction Rules to manage your auction correctly and to avoid punishment in the future.

    Take care,
    Manbat.

  10. Hello @Leeluckya

The bergmite is not 25+, in future, please choose a more appropriate title for your auction as it is misleading.

    1. When advertising, be clear and accurate about what you are buying or selling.

When stating a Pokemon is IV+ (25+, 26+, etc), all stats must be equal to, or above the advertised numbers.

Exception: Decreased ATK, SPATK or SPD stats.

e.g. A Timid Pokemon may be advertised as 25+, if all stats except Attack are above 25.

  11. Hello @Mediz

You cannot withdraw your bid on the forum, as stated in the Trade Rules.

    Quote

    Trade Rules
    3. Once a deal is agreed upon, you cannot back out of it. A deal is done in one of these two scenarios:

In-game: Both parties have agreed to a price and location.
Forum & Auction:  An Insta or Fixed Price has been met, or auction won.

The trade will go ahead as planned, I will give you 24 hours to complete the trade, failing to show effort to complete the trade may result in further action taken for withdrawing your bid.

I hope this clears up the issue.

    Take care,
    Manbat.

  12. Hello @Jinkslit

As the auction is in the Shiny and Special Pokemon - Cross Server section, you are only allowed to have one auction at a time as stated in the cross-server rules,

    Quote

Shiny and Special Pokemon - Cross Server
    1. To prevent confusion about auction end times, only one Cross-Server sale can be run at a time per player, with a maximum of 1 Pokemon per post.

The auction will continue as planned, please read cross-server rules if you are unsure.

    Take care,
    Manbat.

  13. Hello @6ixty

The auction was not officially over when you tagged Paprikaflow to trade, there is a 15 minute extention after each bid received within the last 15 minutes of an auction until that bid has stood for a full 15 minutes.

Another thing I want to mention to bidders, please refrain from increasing your bid in the form of "raise" or "+50k" etc. You need to state the exact amount you want to bid.

Also, @6ixty, you can only bump your thread once every 24 hours as stated in the Forum Rules

  14. Hello @Zrau91

The bid from @Lukido was a false bid, the player had no intentions of honouring that bid, a few other auctions have been distrupted by this players actions and appropriate measures have been taken against the player.

My apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    Take care,
    Manbat.
