  1. Hello @Billionaire2 @Hvh265

The auction outcome has been reversed as it was mishandled.

@Billionaire2 you ended your auction too early, please read the Auction Rules

    Quote

    Auction Rules
    9. End point is final and must be honoured.

    - Forum: If a bid is received in the final 15 minutes of the auction, the end point will be delayed by 15 minutes from that bid, and will be delayed by 15 minutes for each new bid thereafter, until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes. Must be accurate to the minute that the auction is set to end.

e.g. If the auction ends at 15:00, it will end at 15:00:00. If a late bid is received in the final 15 minutes, at 14:46, the auction will end at 15:01. If another user bids at 15:00, the auction will be extended again, and will end at 15:15, this will be repeated until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes.

To give people a fair chance of bidding on the Pokemon, the auction will be extended by 24 hours from this post.

I will force the auction when it's finished.

    Take care,
    Manbat.

  2. Hello @Raginpanda

As discussed on Discord, your auction is now void.

You did not provide sufficient evidence of the 320k bid by Dsoulreaper and your in-game offer of 360k by Bulbulin, which had an impact on the 400k bid by Sushimy99.

    2. All bids must be acknowledged, and all current/best offers must be publicly announced with the bidder's username and bid amount.

Forum: This applies to every in-game bid received, and must be acknowledged in the auction thread with a screenshot. Timestamps are preferred.

This does not apply to bids received on the forum.

Bids made on Discord are not valid or accepted.

    - Accepting known false bids (from alternative account, friend, guildmate, etc) is prohibited.

You need to make your end point more clear in future too, you wrote in-game that your auction will be a 24 hour auction but on the forum side, it looks like the auction ends the same day as you only gave a time.

    8. End point must be clearly stated before the auction has started. This cannot be changed once the auction has begun.

If you intend on making 300k your starting offer you need to make that crystal clear. If you advertise your s.o as "300" and someone starts the auction, then the auction will be started with a bid of 300.

Please read the Auction Rules, you have been warned.

Here is a simple auction template you can follow to handle your auction properly. If it helps, have a look at how other people set up their auction so you can adapt that to your own auction.

Forum: Please feel free to copy and paste the format below:

    [Pokemon / Item]
    Start Point/Price:
    End Point:
    Insta:
    Min. Raise:
    Accepted Payment(s):

I will now lock this thread, take care.
    Manbat.

  3. Hello @Pasokoss

The 800k offer came in too late unfortunately, since the previous offer came in a 14:58 GMT+0 the auction was extended by 15 minutes with the new end point being 15:13 GMT+0.

In this case, bids would only be accepted up until 15:12:59 GMT+0 and not a second later.

  4. Hello @Pokemonking44

I changed the title of your auction as it is misleading, the Drilbur is not 25+. You are free to change it to a more fitting title if you wish.

. When advertising, be clear and accurate about what you are buying or selling.

When stating a Pokemon is IV+ (25+, 26+, etc), all stats must be equal to, or above the advertised numbers.

Exception: Decreased ATK, SPATK or SPD stats.

e.g. A Timid Pokemon may be advertised as 25+, if all stats except Attack are above 25.

    Take care,

  5. Hello @Gianni345

The winner of both Pokemon is Laviter, it is your responsibility to transfer to the Silver server to complete these trades.

    Quote

    Trades - Cross Server
When a trade agreement is made concerning players from different servers, the responsibility of transferring lies with the thread creator. When posting in this sub-forum, the seller must be prepared to transfer, should the buyer be from the opposite server.
This rule does not apply when there is an explicit written agreement between the buyer and seller about who will transfer to honour the deal.

I will give you 48 hours to do so, failing to transfer may result in formal punishment applied to your account.

You can tag me to force the trade if you are unable to contact Laviter.

    Take care,
    Manbat.

  6. Hello @Hiworld

You did not honour your end point. As a bid was received within the last 15 minutes of your auction, your auction will be extended by 15 minutes after each bid until there are no new bids.

  7. Hello @Xaizen

You cannot create your own Auction Rules.

It is clearly stated in Trades - Cross Server:

It is your responsibility to transfer unless both parties agree otherwise.

    Hope this clears things up.

    Take care,

    Manbat.

  8. Hello @Icequeenn

The 1.35m offer was voided, it's not a valid offer, it's the auctioneers responsibilty to make it clear what the current offer is, next time you get an offer like "150k slowbro" ask the bidder to be more clear with the amount that they want to bid.

  10. Hello @6ixty

Your auction is void as you did not provide evidence of the starting offers, if you intend on starting an auction like this, make sure you have evidence.

As stated in the Auction Rules

The Charizard trade will not be forced as we do not recognise this as a legitimate bid.
