The main storyline of PRO consists of four different regions which you will get the opportunity to explore: Kanto Region Johto Region Hoenn Region Sinnoh Region When playing through the story for the first time, you will have to travel to each region in the order that I listed above. After you become the champion of all of the regions, you will be free to roam about any of them. This also means that you will get the opportunity to catch any of the Pokémon that spawn in those regions at some point or another. If you would like to see where a specific Pokémon can spawn, I recommend joining the Official PRO Discord. Once joined, you can go to the #bot-commands channel and use the /spawns command using the Reborn Bot which will give you information on where a specific Pokémon can spawn or, similarly, information on which Pokémon can spawn in a certain area.   11. Hey there! I apologize for the late response. I have looked at your past trade logs and have found information pertaining to your items. It looks like you traded the following mounts to other players for other items/Pokedollars: Latios and Latias Mount Shiny Milotic Mount Shiny Magikarp Mount Ninetales Mount Shiny Dodrio Mount Glaceon Mount Lapras Mount These trades occurred before you merged your data over to the new servers and is not an issue of lost data/items. Concerning the other mounts, I show no records of you owning any other mounts that you mentioned in your previous comment so, unfortunately, nothing can be done in that regard. However, there is a free Arcanine mount still available via the Arcanine Mount Quest.   15. Hello @Varenemerald1 @Karadanvers! Thank you for your patience and I apologize for the late response. I have a few more things that you could try to help resolve this issue. Please try lowering the resolution In-game and seeing if that helps at all when trying to click on the "Accept" button on the TOS Screen Please try uninstalling the PRO Client, remove all PRO-related files from your system including the installer, and try redownloading the latest version of the client (Download Link) using a different browser. (Please try clearing all browser cache and cookies before attempting to download the installer). In the event the tips above do not solve the issue, I have already reraised this request with our Dev team and will continue to be in contact with them to see if we can get this resolved.   17. Hello there! In order to see how much time left you have on your membership; you can utilize the Reborn Bot from the Official PRO Discord. Once you are in the Discord you can either go to the #bot-commands channel or you can start a private message with the Reborn Bot and utilize the following command to see information about yourself including when your Membership will end: ^[inspect|profile] <player> [server] Additionally, if you ever decide to purchase and use a Black Medallion, you can visit the Psychic Tamaro NPC outside any of the Department Stores and she will tell you how much time you have left before expires as well as give you an option to temporarily disable it if you wish.   20. Hello there! I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble finding your Macho Brace. I just checked your trade logs and there are no records showing that you traded away your Macho Brace to anyone via a held item on a Pokémon. Could you please recheck your backpack and see if it is in there? As you mentioned, normally when you release a Pokémon, the item that it is holding goes back into your backpack. Is it maybe possible you might be misremembering how many Macho Braces you have? If you are still having issues after looking, I would be more than happy to further assist you.   24. Hey there! I'm happy to hear that you have been doing the Officer Jenny bounties. Those are really neat quests that give newer players some nice rewards towards the beginning of the game. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell which NPCs have side quests attached to them other than interacting with them. Since PRO is an MMO, exploring and familiarizing yourself with your surroundings is one of the many charms of the game. Although, here are some guides for all the regions that may help you in exploring! To answer your other question about quest tracking, unfortunately, there is no sort of quest tracker implemented into the game at this time.
