  6. Hello there! @Nathrae I apologize for the delayed response. At the moment, the only way it would possible to move using a single key would be to use a mouse. Left clicking on the screen and dragging in any of the four directions would allow you to move in your desired direction. Currently there are no plans to implement another movement input method I'm afraid. As a player with a disability too, I can sympathize with you here. The Staff team are always looking for ways to make the game more accessible to more players, so I urge you share your thoughts in Suggestions I'll lock this topic now.   11. That is strange. In most cases, a change to an alphanumerical password fixes this issue. If you are certain that there was no misspellings in your username or password and that it contains only letters and numbers now, do you have another device you could try logging in on?   13. Is it possible that your password contains any special characters? If your password does contain any kind of special characters, please change your password to be alphanumeric (only letters and numbers). Passwords are case sensitive. I apologize but I'm afraid devolution service is only offered in exceptional circumstances, for example a Level or EV servicer evolving a Pokemon they don't own by mistake. In the case of players making mistakes, we don't consider requests for devolution. I know this isn't the outcome you was looking for and I am very sorry for that. Your only option now would be to obtain another Nincada and make sure to leave a spare slot on your team when evolving it. Thank you for understanding the decision here.   19. Hello there. As you may have noticed, PRO is currently in the process of updating to Gen 9 mechanics. In Gen 9, Ursaluna learns both Fire Punch and Ice Punch via TM. Currently these TMs are not available in PRO and these moves are taught to some Pokemon via In-game tutors. Since Ursaluna doesn't learn these moves from a tutor, it can't learn these moves in PRO until the TMs are available. I apologize for any confusion surrounding this matter. A recent example would be the addition of some Pokemon from the Hisui Region.   23. Correct. You can rechallenge Nikola until you beat them and successfully catch Kyurem. Houndstone
  24. Dont worry @Jarriraza, Kyurem will indeed be catchable again via beating Nikola boss again once the cooldown has ended. As @Nlyax correctly said, you would have to wait 21 days for the cooldown to end. I apologize for the confusion around this and for the delay in obtaining your Kyurem.
