  1. Willkommen zurück Dennvo!
  2. Nice, welcome back!
  3. Yay! Glad this was fixed and you were able to get your legendary. Now that the issue has been resolved, I'll go ahead and close this thread. If you need anything else, feel free to create a new thread. Have a good one!
  4. Okay, you're ticket has been refunded. When ready, please try Birth Island again, and let me know that you are able to encounter either Regice or Registeel
  5. Excellent news, glad you were able to get it! Since the matter has now been resolved, I'll go ahead and close this thread. If you need anything else, feel free to create a new thread
  6. Please do! A common occurrence is the slight drop to 254 or 253 from fainting in battle on the way to this point. Once you're back at 255, you should hopefully be good to go. Please let me know if you're able to proceed
  7. Hello @Oreximania Im sorry to see you're having difficulty with trying to play PRO on a Mac device. Let's try to get this fixed. As you can see, Apple can not verify that the program, because its not program approved by Apple. This means in order to operate it, we'll need to tell your Mac that its okay to use. - Make sure this is the latest version of the PRO Client (which can be found here - https://pokemonrevolution.net/download) - You should be able to go to your Security Preferences on your Mac by clicking the Apple logo at the top-left corner of the screen and clicking "System Preferences". - Click "Security & Privacy", then select the allow button under the "Allow apps downloaded from section". Its possible that these instructions may be slightly outdated for your version of Mac, and you may have to slightly different buttons to click, but the idea should be the same. Please let me know if this solves you're problem, and that you're able to play!
  8. Thank you for the information @Goldensperow First, I'm going to ask you to release the Salamence you just received from Birth Island. Once that is done, please let me know. We will then refund your Mysterious Ticket. After that, we'll have you travel again to Birth Island. You should then be able to encounter either Regice or Registeel. Please let me know once you've released the Salamence
  9. Interesting. Just to make 100% sure, can you please tell me the Happiness number for your Garchomp? To check the happiness, you can put this command into chat : "/happy 1" (the number will be 1 to 6 depending on the slot your Garchomp is in).
  10. Hello @Goldensperow I'm sorry to hear of your difficulties in obtaining the legendary Pokémon you seek. Lets try to solve this issue! When you traveled to Birth Island, did you encounter a Legendary Pokémon, or was it Pseudo-Legendary?
  11. Hello @Dragonsin18 Sorry to hear you are having a problem with the quest, and sorry for the delayed response. When you attempted to fight Cynthia, did you only attempt to start the fight by interacting with Cynthia? After some research, I've seen players needing to move 1 step further left, so there is a gap between you and Cynthia, which seems to trigger a response from her, and starts the battle (assuming you're there at the correct time with 255 happiness). Please try walking in that position to start the fight. If it does not occur, please screenshot it for me. I look forward to your response!
  12. Hello @Mazequeen I'm sorry to hear about your issue with the Hoenn Transporter quest. Let's try to get this solved for you! Can you please confirm that you received a notification after restoring the 3rd PC? If you restored the 3 PCs and received the notification "An ominous presence arrives on the scene...", did you leave the Transporter? If you travel to New Mauville and talk with the NPC Wattson, what does he say? If he hasn't re-stabilized the power plant, you may need to re-check all PCs and see if you can again restore the 3 PCs. I look forward to your response
  13. Hello @Tismeemily Sorry to hear you're unable to Headbutt after defeating Brock. When defeating Brock, he gives you the Boulder Badge, which allows you to use Headbutt on trees if your Pokemon has at least 150 happiness. However, Brock doesn't give you the Headbutt TM itself. To get Headbutt, you can go to the Headbutt Tutor in the Viridian Forest Maze. When you first enter the maze, its extremely dark. Move north past the first left path to take the 2nd left path, and follow that do west and south, bringing you to the Headbutt Tutor, who will teach the move to your Pokemon for $2000. If there is someone in the way, talk to NPC Jerry outside, who needs help getting their Pidgey back. In front of the Tutor will be a thief, whom after you fight, will move and allow access to the Tutor (Jerry will also reward you for the help). You can also purchase the Headbutt TM later in game at the Department Stores. Let me know if you need any further help getting Headbutt.
  14. Glad to hear it's gotten better, but bummed that it didn't fully resolve the issue. The good news is that in the next major client update, we should see a proper fix to this issue. You can see the planned fix among other changes Here
  15. Yay, glad you were able to get it working @Leloutz! I'll go ahead and close this thread as the matter has been resolved. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to create a new thread
  16. Yes, I believe this is the root cause of your issue. For some of the legendary quests, a requirement is to have all the caught data for the Pokemon in that region, with the exception of legendries themselves (those require seen data, not caught data). Like for the Legendary Birds quest, you would need to have caught all of the regular Kanto Pokemon, as well as have fought the legendries to gain their Pokedex seen data. For caught data, you will have to have owned the Pokemon, either from catching it or from evolving (like your Servine in the image above). You can tell if you have the caught data of a Pokemon by seeing if its dex entry has the PokeBall icon on it (like Rotom or Snivy in your image above). For the Heatran quest, the requirement is to have the catch data for all non legendary Pokemon of the Sinnoh Region (Generation 4). The Gen4 dex ranges from numbers 387 to 493. You will need to obtain those missing Pokemon in that range from either catching or evolving. While this is probably not the exact answer you wanted, it should give you all the information you need to meet the requirements for the quest.
  17. Hello @Ruthlessslayer, I'm sorry to hear that you went went 1 reroll too far on your Zapdos. Unfortunately, we're unable to restore the previous IVs that you desire. Psychic Marina will offer to restore the IVs from the 3 previous attempts for $50,000, as she mentions when you talk with her. However, she does not reroll beyond those 3 previous attempts. I'm sorry that we're unable to help you with this, and that this response probably isn't what you wanted. On the bright side, because Legendries can be be rerolled, you can still continue trying to improve the IVs on your Zapdos. There are many ways to acquire rerolls, like purchasing them from the PvE Coin Master or from other players, as well as a possible reward from PvP Chests and the Sinnoh 7-Day News Reporter. Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
  19. Hello @Hasanchucha I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Heatran quest, hopefully we can get this sorted out. A few months ago, changes were made to the requirements for many legendary quests. It's possible these changes may have effected your ability to continue the quest. Previously that quote applied to players who didn't meet the required 150 hours of Sinnoh gameplay, but that should no longer apply here. Just to make sure, you have all non-legendary caught data for the Gen 4 Pokemon (Sinnoh) and are the Sinnoh region Champion? And you're only trying to enter with a single Pokemon at level 60 or less?
  20. Hello @Gobbimonsta I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty accessing Trainers Valley. As per the PRO Wiki, there are 3 prerequisites required to access this location Having fought Red at the summit of Mt. Silver Having 120 caught Kanto Pokemon in your Pokedex Having 38 evolved data in your Pokedex It sounds like you have fulfilled the 1st and 3rd requirements, but possibly haven't fulfilled the 2nd requirement. You can talk with Professor Oak to see how many Kanto Pokemon you've caught. Can you please check for me and see if you've met that requirement? As for enjoying Gen 3, you can start your Hoenn story by traveling to the Indigo Plateau. When you're ready, talk to the NPC between the 2 buildings, appropriately named Hoenn Traveler. I hope this has helped with your difficulties
  21. Hello @Nicholas03, I'm sorry that the game keeps crashing for you both. As Mysticwind has pointed out above, there is currently a known bug that affects some players relating to the in game sounds. It happened to me as well. Most are able to solved this by muting the game sounds, which can be done by clicking the "Options" button in the bottom right of the clients log in screen. This will be corrected in a future update, but for now, this appears to be an acceptable work around. Please let me know if that solves your problem.
  22. Hello @Astralw1tch After reviewing your trade history, I see that you sold 2 Coin Capsules to a player named Vuuu38 on July 31st of this year. I hope this was the answer you were looking for.
  23. Hi @Letterss You may have made All chat tab disappear, but we can get it back! You can only have 6 channel tabs available, Local + 5 specific channels. To get All Chat channel back, click on the wrench icon in the bottom right corner. This brings up the Chat Channels. You'll need to remove one of them by pressing the red "X". This will remove you from one of those channels. Then, pressing the wrench icon again, click on the "Create/Join" button. Type in "All", and click okay. Now you should be able to see the All chat channel. Please let me know if you have any issues or any further questions
  24. The blue chest is the normal PvP Chest that gets awarded to players. The gold chest is the Enhanced PvP Chest, which offers betters odds for a rarer drop. These are awarded daily to players in the top 25 Normal Ranked ladder. You can find a bit more information on the PvP Chests Here
  25. You have a good one as well! I'll go ahead and close this thread as the issue was resolved. If you need any other assistance, please feel free to create a new thread
