Hello @Spiderman300 I'm sorry you've encountered a problem with the Team Magma Hideout. Let's see if we can troubleshoot the issue. Can you please take a screenshot of what the Old Man is saying? Did you talk to the Old Woman next to the old man as well? If not, please do so and attempt to enter the hideout. Do you have the red orb in your inventory? Are you able to access the Team Aqua Hideout in Lilycove City? Lets figure this out!

Hello @Arcaedien It appears you traded the Lapras Mount on July 20th to Scribecast. Even though traded, the mount icon would still show up on your quick bar. This is most likely the source of confusion. I hope this helps!

You were able to encounter Articuno, correct?

Hello @Isgassa and @Dorade My apologies that this issue was not previously resolved. I've moved this thread to the General Support area so we can help you both better. Make sure you have a Pokemon with the ability Shadow Tag in your party and head to Ice Island. If you're not finding Articuno in its previously encountered place, it make have moved to a different location on the island. Look for stairs that are partially hidden under a broken archway. Continuing along the path should get you to Articuno. You can reference images of the stairs in this thread - https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/155974-articino-on-ice-island/ Please let me know if you are able to find Articuno, or if you continue to have issues encountering it.
