You have to do the moveset, nature, PP-UP, EV, and save it again with Set Master Chris. You can find Hurricane in PvP chest (TM319) Roost it's located in Fortree City it cost P9.000 or at Historical Site for 75 artifacts Heat Wave in PvP chest (TM306) or Cinnabar Gyn B1F for P8.000. Adn Volt Switch in Trainers Valley for P6.000 TMs are tradeable so you can buy it from another player. PP UP can be founded in digspots Dig (Oreburgh Gate B1F, Route 209) or buy it in Slateport City Market And you can train Ev in Kanto Safari Ev for P10.000 or P2.000 if you have Safari Pass Have a nice day!

Hello @Rudraak! You need the Mewtwo catch data. To get that you need unlocked the Cerulean Cave, Here’s a guide to get access to Cerulean Cave. Mewtwo it's located in B1F, once you defeat it, you can go back and claim the Old Sea Map. You can also fight boss Naero there, and unlock the Daycare Center, to teach your pokémon Egg moves, Pre-evolution moves and the Doctor daily quest. If you need anything else let me know! Unfortunately we can't give your vitamins back, but you can buy it in all Departament Stores (in Celadon City, Goldenrod City, Lilycove City and Veilstone City).
