People would want to show them off. this is y we have this compromise here, where players will be able to catch the ones 600- base stats. There will ever only be 1 example of a 601+ base legend in a player account on the entire game. And lugia, Mewtwo and giratina are taken already.

That tablet has more than enough juice to run PRO The issue is, because its samsung, it may well be using Touchwiz. My suggestion is getting a 3rd party launcher (like apex/nova) and disabling touchwiz in settings, or if its rooted/running a custom ROM, delete touchwiz altogether (must have another launcher first)

ferroseed is one of the rarest headbutt spawns ingame. there are a lot of trees on route 38, so u get a lot of chances to find it

there will be a way to get one of the regi trio, but not regigigas. purely for the fact that in double battles its possible to run an assist poke with gastro acid (i think thats the move) that supresses the ability of the pokemon you hit, making regigigas instantly a powerhouse. I know we dont have double battles right now, but the possibility is there

never, lugia has +600 basestats and therefor will never available for players. slaking also have 600+ basestate Slaking isnt a legendary. Also Truant makes slaking a revenge killer only at best. Also, that other screen is from my player account :)

not possible. headbutt trees REQUIRE the move headbutt, and isnt hardcoded via the client. it is NPC scripted.

no, android version needs 748mb free to even run. 1GB Ram just isnt going to cut it.
