You can't get a Master Ball from story, but you can trade it from other players. You could've technically lost it after obtaining it from another player, so it is a possibility. Hope a staff member can help out :)

The playerbase is around the same on both servers. Gold's economy is cheaper while Silver is more expensive. PvP on Gold is less present than in Silver. These are the main differences.

I play on Gold Server! But also on Silver.

As the message above said, you don't have to be afraid of anything. Take screenshots of the conversation and trade itself and report it. It does not matter if they scam you 1000 times, they'll 100% get banned and you'll get your pokemon back as long as you report it.

I don't think they can reset your account progress since the service is not open currently. However, you can create up to 4 accounts in total and use one of the new ones to start anew with your friend :)

(I have no idea if this one is resolved, title confuses me lol) I think it's a bug where the Hannah NPC to go to Sinnoh disappears from the Hoenn E4 after defeating her. You'll have to wait for a content scripter to help you out if it doesn't spawn, so here's your free bump from me :)

Did you do the Darkrai quest by any chance? If you did, you might've lost items due to the bug. Otherwise, wait for a Staff to answer, good luck! :)

Not all moves are coded in PRO yet. The PVP rework is underway so you'll just have to wait. Devs need their time to code everything properly :)

+1 to the idea that if a server has way too many wq over the other, an automatic wq triggers so that the difference does not become too large.

Well, as far as I know there were no other languages other than English planned or supported since it would take too much work to implement translations. However, I'm completely in favour of any language translation suggestion to the game and I'd myself help with a Spanish one. +1!

Guide is now being updated with respawn times: no exact times will be given (they sometimes change for some reason) but it will be specified if they respawn or not.

That's weird. I'm 100% able to click on the numbers of the resolution (like, clicking on 1024 x 720) and make the list display. I have no idea how to display it, so I'm afraid you'll need a Staff to answer.

As Allsmell said: it would be healthyy and fun for the game, but the playerbase is small right now (not big enough, because it's really big, but to get into PVP you need to put a lot of work in it). However, I'd +1 this.

It's a bug regarding lend trade length, where they take way longer than normal to come back. You just have to wait for them to come back or wait for a Staff response :)

I hope I'm not too late to the party but: Press the escape key on windows, click the options menu, click graphics, uncheck fullscreen, then select your resolution and change it. This is the way I have the game, so you can get an example.

Bump your post every 24 hours if your appeal is not closed or rejected. He will answer eventually, they have a lot of work :)

There was a recent name change thread, but it's closed now. It might happen again in a few months, and it will be announced in forums and discord if it happens. Just stay tuned and wait for it to come :)

I would suggest that you post a screenshot so that Staff can see what are the exact files extracted in the folder you put them in, or that you try to place them in an empty folder in your desktop. I was not able to replicate your issue at all.
