Hi there, I'd suggest restarting your computer and checking that your firewall/antivirus connection isn't blocking PRO on accident, as sometimes that can be the issue. Also, when you tried resetting your connection, did you restart your router/modem? If not, make sure to try doing that. Otherwise, you can try removing your game files from your computer and redownloading the client here. Good luck! Let me know if that helps.

Keep on eye on the server status checker using the link I've provided above (here it is again, just in case). It'll show you whether the server you play on is online or offline, as well as how long it's been up for. If you notice that the server is marked as "Offline" or has only been online for a short amount of time, that's a good sign that a server reboot is imminent or has already recently happened. Hi, you'll need to beat both of the Mossdeep Gym Leaders, then get the Dive HM from the Mossdeep Space Center. Afterwards, Route 127 should be accessible - just surf directly south of Mossdeep to get onto the route. Hope that helps!

Hi there. To clarify, the "user already logged in" message is a result of a server-side glitch wherein you're deadlocked to the server. Essentially, the game continues to register your account session as active, even after you've already logged out. So don't worry - your account is safe, nobody else has logged into it. :) Unfortunately, though, as Nisroc has said: We don't have an ETA on when the next server reboot will be, but you can keep an eye on the server status here. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully you'll be able to log in again soon.

Yup, players are encouraged to read our Game Rules, Trade Rules, and Punishment Policy so as to familiarize themselves with what's punishable. :) We do have a concrete Punishment Policy system that we make sure to follow thoroughly, so please rest assured that staff members aren't just randomly applying punishments to players. Thanks for the anwser but why paying :Frown: I had loved the GB Abras the teleport us for friendship :Smile: You need to pay to use the Abras for the same reason you need to pay to use the subways - using a quick-travel system is a luxury in the game, not something that's handed out for free. Players aren't required to make use of the Abra route-teleporters, they're just there for the sake of convenience and moving around the map more quickly. Thus, you'll need to decide whether you value saving time or money more. Topic moved to proper forum.

As for Fishing Rods, if you're getting the "..." animation above your head when using the Fishing Rod, it's working properly. It may take some time to encounter an actual Pokemon, though, so keep using the Rod until a battle window pops up. You don't need the 4th badge to use rods. They work fine without it as I was using the water in Ecruteak to train before the gym. This is correct, you don't need any badges to use Fishing Rods in Kanto or Johto. However, you do need five badges to use a Fishing Rod in Hoenn, which is where the confusion may have arisen from. :)

Ultimately, the goal is to fix and update all bugged or uncoded moves. However, we can't give you an exact timeframe on when that will be done. In this case, that's what "eventually" is referring to - it will happen, but there isn't an ETA, so please be patient in the meantime.
