I can't speak for Deathwing, but I'm assuming that the reason this is posted in the General Game Talk thread is that the idea hasn't completely materialized into a suggestion yet. He's looking for a discussion about these sorts of things. He's looking for input into what things could be added/changed about the idea. He's simply looking for feedback. Usually this problem is fixed by just waiting a while. If you're still encountering this problem, delete PRO completely and re-download it again from the website.

Did you level it up with a rare candy? There shouldn't be any problem with the Golbat-->Crobat evolution. Try to level it up again naturally (without rare candy) and let me know if this problem persists or if it is resolved. Thank you.

I may be wrong, but I think your tablet does not meet the requirements for: Graphics Support: OpenGL ES 2.0 or later.

Which device are you using?

Feebas is a very rare Pokemon. You're looking in the correct spot, but you're just having bad luck. Don't get discouraged; you'll eventually find it. :) Feebas is NOT a membership Pokemon in the Safari Wet Zone. When the next client update happens, there will be a confirmation window whenever you use the MS medallion (there isn't one currently). I know this doesn't help you in your present case, but I just wanted to let you know that we're taking the proper steps to prevent this issue from happening in the future.

After you defeat Kanto, you can go to Sevii Islands if you have membership. To go there, just talk to the NPCs on the dock in Vermilion City. After defeating Kanto & Johto, you can go to Mt. Silver (technically part of Johto). If you've done both of these already, I would suggest filling up your Pokedex, training Pokemon to level 100, and finding rare Pokemon while we wait for more content to be released. Hope this helps!

Starter Pokemon that you receive from Oak and Elm can never be shiny. Starters that you find in the wild can be shiny. As far as Fossils and GIFTED Eevee, I really don't know.
