To add on Kitsumi post to adapt to your question, on the moment someone applies or before someone is getting checked to be a staff member a lot of things comes to mind, behavior in chats, his/her reputation on the community, punishment records, in many others to prevent a non fitted person to become a staff. And even if someone passes that, there is several tests we do in the meanwhile he is an Apprentice to prevent them to get promoted. Fortunatly we have a good infrastructure for training people (even if most people do not believe that). Also credit to Daeon, that built most of the current infrastructure that we used at the moment. I will also add my perspective into this subject when I get all my real life endeavors sorted out. Wish is properly coded on Alomomola, what you experience was a visual glitch when 2 moves have a similar word makes 1 of them invisible in the move re-learner NPC. To make Wish properly appear there you must teach your pokemon the move Healing Wish and Wish will appear right after. An Admin will restaure the pokemon once able to. Have a good weekend :)

Helly Jporter, if you lose to a NPC once, the reward of that NPC battle will disappear on the first part, for example, you won't receive experience nor money from the battle. However if there is something the NPC must give or randomly gives (bosses for example) you will receive that part of the reward from the battle. Can you tell me if you lost versus that NPC before the battle you won?

Only really by using the 4.4 version you would be able to play it properly, you can always try to play under the requirements with some errors possibly happening from time to time and having frame issues. Another solution would be searching a way to update to Android 4.4 without the autopatcher by rooting your phone, but this would be on your own risk to do. If you indeed are thinking in trying this I should advice you to check several forums and videos with those explanations and guides. Nonetheless I wish you luck and hope you are able to fix it play PRO on your phone :)

You mean Fennekin? Fennekin was a pokemon that only spawned in the Halloween even of 2015, so only Red Server has it (because it's the oldest server and the other servers were created after the event ended) and right now it's not avaiable to obtain. It's possible but not certain that in the future you can find it as boss reward or as spawn in future areas (Like sinnoh)
