Well, if that hurts economy, then i have another idea. How about implementing a different gen Pokemon in safari zone for the first of every different month and keep it very rare, so that player have to spend a lot of time in safari. Only my suggestion. Anyway i like the idea of engineer.

I see many players with this issue on irc, and most of the player on irc suggest them to make some post first.

I think you need to make some post before getting the permission to make a thread. (Don't know exactly how much but I think it should be 4)
