+1 i was gonna do the exact same post, nothing wrong with playgrond but maybe other sections need that spot of the main page.

      +1, that would be a really good change. I always use the "Unread Content" function to browse through the forum and I dont care a single bit about the "Playground" for example but I still see doze

      +1 And for the record, proclaiming it as "every day" is a bit overexaggerating, as I've been quite inactive as of lately and I do it in bulk to keep myself from appearing any more then I have to.

    you can hide them already just by clicking the little plus icon, it's not individual subforums just the general categories

    Thats not what i mean, I know you can do that already.  I mean the ability to remove them completely from the most recent posts section

    it does that as well. i dont think you can do it for individual subforums, which would be nice as well, but for the major groups it does that
