We can already tell you that Bulbasaur will not move for now in Viridian forest as it would be too strong for an early game. ( we know that there are substitutes such as Budew/blue ball) It's just not in our plan nor in developer's plan for the early game. It might change but it's not for now. 

 

North pole Harbour being an event spawn, it will be reworked once Xmas event will be on live. 

 

We will surely find a solution for this monkey in Cerulean :D.

The reason for Bulbasaur not beeing in Viridian is sound, so I'd propose an alternative suggestion:

Map name: Route 16/17
Pokemon: Bulbasaur 
Reason: Route 16 is close to Celadon, so it can fit thematicly. Also this route is only available after beating Erika, therefor after trading is possible, so it should not effect balance that much.
Since Route 16 has already UR alternativly it could be moved to Route 17.
Old: Charmander and Squirtle are available to be caught on "free to visit" areas leaving Bulbasaur the only Kanto starter that you either need to pay the safari entry fee or wait for (atm. event) islands in order to catch it.

Well, yes it's biased since Bisharp is my Fav Pokemon! But I would like to spend more time hunting (repel) it.

hello, i dont know if this is the right place to write this, i have been hunting in cerulean b1f for 30 mins for alakazams on land, it supposed to be uncommon all day, i havent encountered a single yet, is there a bug or something?

May I suggest a way to farm proygon more? I would like a hidden power download pory and its quite a grind 😕

On Mirage Island Summit, Jangmoo spawn rate does not seem to increase during daytime, when Zorua would no spawn. Can this be checked?
