i was thinking of mentioning this. India is in top 6 under number of players in each country and PRO offers channel for all these languages except hindi.

I think the fact that India is a very big country with multiple languages doesn't help, as Dextrax outlined.

 

With the next server restart, the Hindi channel will be permanent. However, this does not affect the NPC in the starting area. That would need to be adjusted by the scripters. Nevertheless, the channel should no longer need to be recreated after every server restart.
